No not really it depends how pure it is and that varies so much there's not much of a good estimate, it could be 5% pure or 85% I'd say go with a line about 2-3cm long and work from there so you can see how strong it is. Also if you're getting a sample it wont last very long either.

Make sure you make a choke hole or w/e they're called. i didnt make one on mine so when i inhaled the low pressure inside the lightbulb caused it to shatter in my face
