I found out, that I didn't learn programming that well reading or watching tutorials, but actually by just starting and checking the scripting reference. Though I don't program C++, but C#.

Well alright, I understand that, although I wouldn't really consider 15 a kid. The reason I mentioned children is to signify that if it is used widely in the medical community as anaesthesia for young children then a 15 year old should be able to handle it.
I don't know if there's a rule for not talking about ratings, but that would seem rather silly to me. It's so very easy to mindlessly leave a bad rating and not go further in-depth about it, and the ratings a post has received usually determines in what light the post will be read, which only paves the way for crowd opinion and depresses individualist thinking and objectivity (maybe not as much here, but definitely in the more popular forums like GD or SH).
For this reason I tend to avoid leaving negative ratings when I disagree with a post, although I admit sometimes the temptation for mindless rating is too great and I slip, throwing out a dumb or disagree.
Confronting people about their ratings is usually one of the best ways to make them stop and think to formulate an actual reply, which is much more beneficial to both parties.
Debates and arguments are only fun! A learning experience for everyone involved and a brilliant opportunity to gather perspective and learn from both sides to further develop your world view and theories.
Just my 2 cents.

My feet were real fucking cold and I was having a really bad time, it just lasted ages.
Anyway, I was feeling a bit less dizzy and had a kopparberg and smoked more weed lel
