Firefox - NO MORE THREADS ABOUT FIREFOX POST IN THIS JESUS CHRIST IT'S JUST A BROWSER

Hey I have a problem with my Firefox and I need it to be resolved ASAP.
For the past month or two I have had to open firefox in the safe mode because if I go onto YouTube or other video sites it says that I don't have Flash installed but in safe mode I can play videos fine. Also on Myspace (yes, I know it blows) if I try to go to the next page for pictures or friends list it doesn't work, just stays on the same page.
Please help me! If you do I'll give you a gold star or something, I don't care :(

- You can ADD A BUTTON to the toolbar that creates a new tab.
- Adblock does not block pop-ups, it blocks banners and the like.
- If you go into Options > Main, you can choose "Always ask me where to save files"
Sigh...
I think he finds it preferable to have it all there already, with good reason
Opera.

Did you even bother to read the first page?

I have both, by the way.

Wow, Gold Stars instead of disagree's. Didn't expect that.
Thanks for the advice though. I knew it was probibly user-related. But I'm fine with IE7 ;)
And I know adblock blocks banner ads and the like. But I don't really mind them. The only ads that really get in the way of things are those intrusive ads that expand and cover what you are trying to read. But I don't really visit many websites that do those ad's so it's not a problem.
Has anyone else had this problem? Periodically, Firefox will display giant images embedded on forums as large black boxes. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. Any idea what the problem is?
Please don't suggest a new browser. I like Firefox and don't enjoy having to switch to IE to view large images.
This has been happening to me, too.. I'm glad that someone else is having this problem, I thought it was my CPU overheating :sigh:
I'm getting small black boxes.
A few pixels-small.
It's like some images just don't finish loading.

It's because those images have been removed from the source.

This issue is not to be confused with the borders for images appearing. The boxes are equal in size to that of the respective image. Often the image will appear and then turn black when the page is scrolled.
If you clear the address bar and type in one word, it brings up that page on Wikipedia.
If it can't find it on Wikipedia, it Google searches for you.
The more you know..
I typed in roger waters and got an Aol search :raise:
twice more just as one word too
Not just Firefox and Google, type in Constitution and see what you get.
It brings up the first result found.
Type in facepunch and it'll bring you to the FP homepage.
Well, I'm using Firefox and got Google and Wikipedia.
I guess results will vary.
Or you can just use the wikipedia search in the top right corner...

Only if you have it installed.
It uses Google's I'm Feeling Lucky feature.

Type OIFY, and it goes there.
Only if you have it installed.
it automatically installs if you go to wikipedia
it automatically installs if you go to wikipedia
Well I've been to Wikipedia and I don't have it. Nor do I want it.
Type OIFY, and it goes there.
Really?
EDIT:
MY FUCKING EYES!!!
in opera you just type one word, and it brings the page, like, if i just type cats it'll go to www.cats.com
or if i type google, it goes to www.google.com
if I type techguy it goes to www.techguy.org
If you type a word and hold control when you press enter, it adds http://www and .com to the word. If you hold shift and press enter, it adds .net instead.
When you type in words and hit enter, it does a Google "I'm feeling Lucky" search, depending on the term you'll end up on different sites.
Add %s to a bookmark url and then a keyword to the bookmark, then when you type the keyword in the address bar, then a space, then another word, that word will replace the %s in the url. I have this bookmarked:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=%s
with the keyword "wiki". So to go to any wikipedia page, I type "wiki anything" in the address bar and it takes me to the wikipedia page.
