I'll wait for the full version.
Fucking fuck.
Suddenly Minefield has a flash bug where you can't click shit.
And java applets doesn't download.
Aw crap, I thought it was released, the firefox site was down for a while :(
but it was only a servey
Whoa, it's almost as fast as Opera.

Why does everyone think that when something is released, the entire website has to go down for many hours leading to mass hysteria?
It's one file, and a download page. It would take all but 2 mins to upload, and not even that to make active.
In no way does the site have to be "taken down".
I've found myself liking the blue minefield logo more so than the old firefox one.
:siren:WEBKIT AND Opera, maybe JUST REACHED 100/100 ON ACID3! FUCK YEAH!:siren:

Actually, now that I think of it, we don't have proof that Opera's at 100/100.
I really like Minefield. Looks good, runs well.
On a more ontopic note I used minefield for a while, but it seems to be somewhat incompatible with flash.
So I'm back to Beta 4.
I watched flash movies just a few minutes ago with Minefield.

Flash and every other media plugin is working fine on Minefield 3.0b5pre here.
I did have it freeze up on me a few times (non media plugin related). Last night I imported my bookmarks from FF 2.0 and I was cleaning out old ones and it would hang when deleting a lot at once. Doing them all one at a time took like 15 minutes but it worked. Today I was downloading some stuff and I started playing a game, when I come back from the game Minefield is non responsive so I end task it. When I started it back up my download started over.
I love the message on about:config "Here be dragons!". On a side note, anyone know where Minefield 3.0b5pre holds bookmarks? It wasn't in my profile folder like 2.0 and 3.0b3 were.
I am loving all the new features now that they don't interfere with my common Firefox tasks.
Oh and someone said spell checker isn't working, this is because you have to install the dictionary for it. Right click in a multi line text field and go to "Add Dictionaries", select the one you want, install it and restart Minefield.

Edit:
Bug in Acid3's been fixed, Opera's back at 99.
Recently, I discovered a brilliant addon for FireFox called "remove it permanently".
The addon itself provides the same sort of idea as Adblock Plus, but I find it to be much more useful at removing website elements.
So, let's say I've taken a dislike to good ol' Mr. Facepunch Logo. Remove him!
Right click on the element or image you want to remove, click "Remove it Permanently, and you're done!

Don't like that "YOU'RE GOING TO GET BANNED" element when you make a thread?
Remove that too!
You can basically disable any parts of a page you don't want, plus it makes the page look like it was meant to be that way (it doesn't leave any big gaps).
You can get the addon Here
So go check it out, it's pretty useful :)
Seems good. I'll give it a try
But you can get the stuff back right?
Aww man I hate that "YOU"RE GOING TO GET BANNED" thing.
Neat tool.
But you can get the stuff back right?
Yeah, it adds "undo" as an option, and you can go to an options page where you can remove them. It's not really "permanent".
As if I didn't have enough addons already.
Nice. Too bad I don't use Firefox. :-X
Is there anything like this for IE?

Not sure, I don't think IE has an addons feature.
Not sure, I don't think IE has an addons feature.
It does, but mainly for toolbars and useless shit.
YOU'RE GOING TO GET BANNED!
Does this work with Firefox 3?
