The mouth looks skewed, the rest of the face looks slightly tilted but the mouth os straight across.
It shouldn't. Maybe it'll work out a bit once I've started adding in the shoulders and such.

Its there right eye that seems weird then, it ends higher up like a tilt.
Ah no I see it now, yeah. Have to change the shape of the left one to match the right since the left does look angled upwards at the corner.

How long do you have to complete it? Like a few hours?

Being a Boards of Canada fanboy, I drew the lads.
I realize shading is a bit sloppy, but I normally never shade my work so I'm kinda trying to learn. For one I probably have to watch those overly rounded edges.
I really thought it was Breaking Bad at a glance.

4 hours I think, doesnt sound like a lot, but it totally depends on what you end up getting I guess
I just gotta plan it so I'm at school so I can scan it and stuff lol
A little Flash Project I made for my intro class. It isn't anything up to the quality I wanted it to be but I only had about a day of solid work to make it so it's about all I could do...

You should try using motion tweens for camera pans, it will make them smoother and less jittery
I didn't know you could do that! I'll look into it, thank you!

It's a work in progress. Trying to figure out how exactly do I get the spears and snow right.
Asked to do a figurative self-portrait

Technically it's a wip, certainly not finished but I don't think I'm gonna have time to do any more on it.

A lot bigger than I thought it was sorry
10 minutes of spare time?
Doodle city.

wait, scratch that, friend of mine said it was 1 hour. Thats like, nothing, goddamn. Im gonna read the rules just to be sure of how it works
this is less of a piece for me, but more for any of you, using someone else's pallete (which i made in a minute so i don't count it as "mine") is a pretty nice limitation to spark imagination :)

I make palletes, but i never actually use them because i just draw when i draw. i never do a pallete pre-*production* of a piece.
Edit: Also, have this:

I think I spotted a major issue with your art
You forgot to draw the man's face.

just got an email from Klei Entertainment (Don't Starve devs) with some of your fan art featured:

I instantly recognised it as your own without knowing your username here which is a nice sign. Had to google your username just to confirm it was you. How cool is that?

I do, and get asked a lot to do art for people, including *bigger* companies.
As long i can draw something to show that the game "inspired" me, since playing games is not my thing. My interest and knowledge (to some degree :1), has ruined every game for me, only a few slip trough and let's me have some brainless fun. :)
I played dishonored for an hour. I was looking at textures for an hour. Then i just quit.
''fun''.
i need to do more fan-art for indie titles. that hotline miami piece was something i kinda just rushed out as a test before i did some uni work and it has ended up everywhere. it was in a eurogamer article and they credited me too. shame it's so much harder to get original work recognised

Some people say doing fan art is bad, and if it's a portfolio for a company then yeah, it's not a good look. But I think it's fine for practice, especially if you're taking the original content in a new direction. If you're just drawing pikachu then it's not helpful - if you're rendering pikachu in a new way or changing the concept or something then it's all good

[SUP]in my opinion[/SUP] it would look better with a different crop (like a more square one with the figure more to the left side), or atleast a much tighter one
