You need to right click the photos, pick a size, right click again and copy the image URL. That's what goes between the tags.
I like the spray paint stuff, you make nice stencils.

No you aren't, character sheets should have something like front back and profile aligned, no need to do another drawing of the character to show a cursory change in the position of his glasses or something.
Plus before you do anything remotely like this you should study anatomy, or you'll be drawing thunderbirds puppets forever

itd also help to do a shit load of different concepts being thrown onto the paper. have an idea? put that shit down instantly, do LOADS of concepts until you think its just right and you can draw it over and over again. and again....

Robbobin, editing your scans a bit in photoshop can improve the quality of your work dramatically. It takes like a minute.
