In that case, start thinking of everything you see to be an combination or a bunch of molecules. Go further and see it as a combination of electrons, protons, and neutrons. You could go beyond that, but the point is made. What I like about the way we see is that we can look at a complex thing with so many complex parts all working together, and see it as just one thing. For example when we look at a computer, we don't see it as individual parts, we just see it is a single entity, a computer. We realize it is made up of individual parts, but that isn't what we see when we think of it.
