Lil' ol' Daniel, creepin' around the lil' ol' castle listening to Charles and lil' ol' Tim Allen play with their lil' ol' power tools.
I was the 1999 subscriber. My friend was the 2000. You're welcome!

If the "fuckin" is censored I would totally buy that as a shirt.
I wouldn't care otherwise but I'd love to be able to wear it in school.
Longest upload everrrrrr :saddowns:
This cannot be said enough:

Your awesome is off the charts.

Oh wow, that scream was hilarious
Also, I love the fact that it was basically co-op Amnesia :v:
I really wish Amnesia had real time player voice AI response, where the player would make a noise and the enemies around him would hear it.

Would you guys rather the entire game, or at least the scary sections, be in "Co-op" form?

LOL Epic.
the scary sections
the scary sections
Nah I mean, would you guys rather Spike or me solo the rest of the game, or do the scary parts in Co-op form.
Probably just continue the way it was in the first few episodes and go coop for the scary parts.
Anyway, looking forward to the next episode.
I thought it was funnier to have spike annoying barley while he was playing but this is nice too.

Honestly this is a pretty bad cover. The monster looks like a duck and the protagonist of the game is like, "oh man this headache is killing me"."

I like it when Spike is bugging you by making those noises and stuff but he's sort of distracted when he's off doing his own thing.
Oh god, the scream gets funnier the more you watch it. Especially since it takes a second for him to realize what's going on before he screams, haha.
I felt this part didn't work nearly as well as the previous installments. There is a lot of subtle fear in Storage (prime for hilarious footage!) that I believe was overlooked here due to the co-op experience as, even though you're both in the same area, you're not looking at the exact same things. Consequently, it seemed like you were just reporting to one another what you were seeing/doing for most of the video.
Aside from that, it's just confusing for the viewers. Between the jump cuts to different parts in the timeline, jump cuts to switch the picture-in-picture focus, and jump cuts with both at the same time, I had a tough time trying to follow what was going on. I've played Amnesia before so I'm familiar with what's supposed to be happening, but I admit I've only recently started watching your videos (which I do enjoy) and I'm still not so sure which of you is talking at times. Throwing the simultaneous co-op gameplay and frequent changes in the player perspective on top of that just made it that much more overwhelming.
And on a side note, I have a question: Are you both paying attention to the Mementos screen in your Journal? I know it's cryptic at times, but I've already seen some moments of undue wandering/backtracking that could be avoided if you kept to it.

Thanks for the honesty. Yeah, it's a lot of video to fit into 10 mins. It's hard enough to do that with just one angle, but with two it's even harder. When we did the Storage, I put it out as a one off thing, the following footage once we leave the Storage is played by Spike. I wasn't sure if people liked the Co-op idea more. Still trying to decide on if we will do more co-op parts or just go back to the original scheme.
I say original scheme.
Yeah I enjoyed the original scheme more.
Yeah, I'd say the original scheme would probably be better as well. It works better in a singleplayer game, the idea of one person playing whilst the other sort of looks over their shoulder and comments on what's going on. The co-op perspective only really makes sense in actual co-op games, where both players are able to do things in the same space as one another, so it makes sense to the viewers. Plus with the Portal 2 videos, it was always from the same perspective at the same time, rather than jumping between the two views where both players were at different stages of the game. Original scheme works better for this game.
Although I have to say, Spike yelling when he saw the monster was funny as hell.
original = spike is free to annoy barely = better
