would you rather them be extremely inefficient at stopping people driving 1,000+ pound chunks of steel and aluminum in urban areas?
Anyway, motorcycle cops actually got to go through quite a bit of training, so it's no surprise they're skillful at maneuvering

I knew the small bits of the motorcycle shown in the video looked similar.
My Uncle has the exact same model, purchased it shortly after he crashed his Honda CBR1000 touring spec because of some stereotypical soccermom didn't yield.
