User CP > General Settings > Message Editor Interface > Set to "Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls"
I like the red bar, but the blue is just a tad too light. I kind of miss the slight gradient there was, but if that's gone for good, at least darken the blue a little bit.

I can see the difference between the logo and that red line pretty clearly.
Also, I have to admit, the new blue looks really off with the darker blue box at the bottom. The rounded corners on the "Page 4 of 4" thing, the tops and bottoms of thread, and the "New Thread" button in sections also looks really off with the square corners on the main page.
I think rgb(27, 150, 233); is a better color overall, here's a comparsion

I also noticed that the old blue is still on the quick reply bar, and on the User Control Panel, as well as the rounded corners.
I think the red line is a bit out of place. The logo has a different shade of red and inner glow which don't make it blend with the line very well.
And the blue is too bright. It isn't bad in threads but the main page is slightly hard on eyes.

Metro look for footer, I like. Get rid of some of the wasted space between stuff like the time stamp and the footer. Maybe merge page # of # to inside of the bar.
