It certainly doesn't help with visibility, like Ford's "super duty-dip", it just looks like shit and has no reason for being there. What's a bigger shame is that it's on a design that is by all means generally clean. I mean, I wouldn't be caught dead in one due to being an "SUV-driving hick nutjob" or whatever else some "green" prick calls me today, but I acknowledge that other than that meaningless dip, it's a half-decent design for a prius-fighter.

Citroen loves to make those design styles. Both Peugeot and Citroen (which are more or less the same actually) ended up being shit in 90% of the car design they now have imo.
