Dammit chrysler what makes you think that looks good.
If it weren't for the fake wood paneling it would be mildly [del]acceptable.(ish)[/del] Salvageable.
I think the wood is awesome. The front is what's ruining it.

This so much. The only thing that makes that bad is the round bubbly front end bits. If it were finished in a slightly more chiseled and angular way it would look so much better.
Not too chiseled, ala Nitro, that would be a bit much.

Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8
You can't deny they've learned their lesson. Except for the new Cherokee thing. Thanks to Fiat for that one.
I have to say that I would definitely drive that and the only main thing ruining it is the lack of headlights. I can see how they got to the hideous thing that is the new cherokee but it's a complete and utter shame and failure of the designers to have let a half way decent car design get shit on by cheapifying/uglifying the base model.
I'd drive it just because SUV with 392 Hemi making ~470 hp

Agreed. The Kahuna has a pretty decent looking body (personally I'd like to see a version without the wood paneling, just to see how it would look), but if they went for a different front end, like the '07 Durango, or the '07 Caravan or something, it would look much more pleasing.

I'm sorry but Pontiac Firebirds close to this era are so ugly. It's like something out of a Wallace and Grommit animation. It's front fascia has that nervous smile, the slanted headlight housings also add to that effect

but it dangerous to drive, it failed THE MOOSE TEST!
Moose Test aside, Grand Cherokees are pretty nice, even the older models (except when you have to fix them).I wouldn't go off-roading in one though.
I need to stop looking at craigslist so much.. If I had the money and I didn't have a lump of shit sitting on the side of the house already I would sooo buy this car :( It's gonna kill me to watch pretty much exactly what I've wanted to pick up be "donated to chairty" or bought by someone other than me..
I have an 89 firebird. Thank fuck i don't have the nervous smile grille bumper.

srt was not tested, and it didnt fail when loaded to the limits and not past.
depends what u mean off road. our wk2 with qt1 out climbed a z71 silverado 4x4 up a snowy road.
it uses brakes to lock the spinning tire to force power to the other side.
here is my little video, front drivers side is in the muddy ditch (click on it)

do people really hate the 4th generation Camaro that much? I like it
do people really hate the 4th generation Camaro that much? I like it
I don't really hate it, but I feel like they could have done something much better.
Calling it Camaro was wrong.
It wasn't really a "pony car" anymore, IMO.
On the other hand, the 4th Gen Firebird(TA especially) was a sexy beast.

That... that is horrifying...
Anyway, going on with the theme of concept vehicles:

I keep finding this bloated piece of crap whenever I search for inspirations for a current modeling project of mine. Blerg. It just looks so poofy. Like a plastic bag filled with animal fat.
I find it sad that they said that they might go in that direction with the G-Wagon, which has pretty much looked the same since 1979 (as the design worked). It'd be like if Porsche totally redesigned the 911. Dang.
Hopefully they'll just keep it on the concept board, or I might get a bit sad.

And now, the despisable Ssangyong models, probably designed in North Korea from the look of them:

Ohhh, the Rodius. Chubby smug on the front:
