Drink more water, make sure you get enough iron and that you get enough vitamines.
I don't think he's suffering from dehydration because he'd feel shaky and weak as well which he did not describe and vitamin deficiencies are very common in a mild sense and have to be significant to cause fatigue which is mainly common in infants and the elderly.
Kyle, you need to get some exercise. Take some vitamins daily.
Get outa here, christian :saddowns:
Tryin' tah preach me again, are you? :saddowns:
(You have actually done this about 4 times now, right? :v:)
He only mentioned tiredness, he may have other symptoms that he hasn't mentioned or maybe hasn't noticed.
If he gets consistent sleep of at least 7 hours (doesn't matter if its 10 hours, its not oversleep if its consistent throughout the week), then he is likely suffering from something other than his sleep schedule. Think outside the box here, I don't the OP was looking for "Change your sleep habits" responses.
Pretty much spot on.
My sleeping habits are fine, on the weekends I don't have anything important the next day (e.g. school, ugh) then I sleep for a little longer, but I get a constant average of 7 hours a week sleep.
Just because you're asleep doesn't mean you're getting rested.

The water is not for dehydration, it's for him looking tired.
My main point anyways is that he probably needs more iron, my brother had the same symptoms with both looking and feeling tired and he didn't get enough iron.
Besides, it's always good to drink plenty of water and I somehow have a feeling that the OP might not drink enough water.
Kyle, you need to get some exercise. Take some vitamins daily.
This man speaks the truth.
Go jogging every day (or every other), wake up early and go to sleep so you get 7-8 hours. Don't oversleep because that will just make it worse. I had the same crappy feelings you have now and doing that fixed it within the week I started.
I have the same problem during daylight hours.
I think I'm just nocturnal.
kyle take some vitamins and exercise a bit
even if it's only like 25 push ups a day, it will make a difference.

You do not know who I am do not use my name :argh:
Lack of stamina in daily activities is usually the fault of a poor diet and / or lack of excersize
I've had this problem for a couple of years, especially since the start of Year 10. (Fuck you I'm British)
My friends have noticed this quite recently, I always look stoned or really tired, sometimes I'm not tired one bit. Most of the time I am tired, but it's really weird.
Like uh, for example; my friend got about 4 hours sleep every day for 2 weeks, he doesn't look one bit tired or feel like going to sleep. Same with about ten other people. I get about 7-ish hours of sleep (12:00 AM to 7AM mostly), and I just consider this as a way that my brain wants more sleep.
So I need more sleep. That must be the answer.
All I'm missing is, what? 3 hours of needed sleep?
Okay. Alright, 10 hours of sleep.
I go to bed for 10 hours.
No difference?
What.
I still feel tired, I still look tired, I just look like I've had an extremely rough day. What the fuck? How the hell do I stop looking so tired all the time? If I didn't wear my glasses everyone would point out I'm always tired. I fucking yawn all the time as well :argh:
Just what the fuck do I do?
[Unaware if this is the right section :saddowns:]
I have the same problem, only thing is no one notices that i look tired, but looking in the mirror I definately see it.

I blame my idiot girlfriend.
I try and make a good relationship but she keeps me inside because she is always busy. :saddowns:
(No I do not mean my hand)
Kyle, how about you adress my point about lack of iron?
Sleep more.
Stop using my name :froggonk:
Lack of exercise and bad diet.

Just go out and get some exercise. While she's doing whatever she's busy with.
But I can't run anymore :frown:
Sounds like a mild case of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Don't get tested for it though. The only test is having everything else ruled out as a possibility. Lots of blood taken. It's best you just cut down on high energy activity and eat well.
You're probably eating shitty foods and not getting any exercise, there are a number of vitamin/mineral deficiencies that result in being tired, lightheaded etc...
I personally have an iron deficiency, which has caused anemia, so my skin is very pale, my blood is bright bright red, and I get dizzy/lightheaded easily
I have the same problems. Occasionally I just get really lightheaded for a few seconds for no apparent reason. Do you get that too?
You can ride a bicycle.
Have you checked if you lack iron? Because lack of iron can make you tired and you look tired if you have a lack of iron.
-Too much sugary drinks\food
-Too much sleep - oversleep = tiredness
Start sleeping 7\8 hours, drink less Cola\W/e

But my bike is old and is not with me :(
I'm never tired :clint:
Actually hyper most of the time.
I'm never tired :clint:

Well you're a young person :v:
I'm practically immune to being hyper :raise:
Too much hyperactivity probably made me more or less able to control it
Why can't you run?
Or even walk?
Keep sleeping well. It takes a while to get used to a new sleep schedule, usually about a week.
Make sure you're eating well and getting at least a little exercise, too. Be sure you're eating a proper breakfast in the morning.
hey kyle
Or even walk?
I said I couldn't run, not walk.
I can't run because it god damn hurts my legs and my lower back when running. I used to be able to run, it's just that bullying has kept me inside and this shit happens in the long-term :saddowns:
Too little iron
