Try going to bed for 10 hours for a week or so. That 10 hours you slept only paid off like a fraction of your sleep debt. Also, exercise and eat some vegetables.
I said I couldn't run, not walk.
I can't run because it god damn hurts my legs and my lower back when running. I used to be able to run, it's just that bullying has kept me inside and this shit happens in the long-term :saddowns:
Go for walks then Kyle, you will feel so much better, trust me.
See a doctor.
You might have vitamin D deficiency, I have that but currently getting meds for it and it's already getting better with being less tired. (Normal number is around 50 or 60, I had it at 5)
I have the same problem; bloodshot eyes, dark circles under them, yawning. When it was at it's worst, my parents thought I was on drugs.
It's improved since then, but my belief is that all the hours I've spent staying up late/fucking around on the computer have added up, and one night of good sleep isn't going to fix that.
My recommendation is that you attempt to sleep 8-10 hours over the period of a month or so. Exercising, playing a sport or generally being active can help you tire yourself out so you actually want to sleep (this is also a problem I had, since I spent all day on the computer I was full of energy at ~10 o'clock and didn't want to sleep.)
Also, being pale will really highlight all the ugliness that comes with not getting enough sleep. I've gotten tanner recently and it hides the bags under my eyes and such pretty well.
Hope this helps.

I walk alot.
Well, around the house (that was silly :v:)
But I do walk, just after school. Takes about twenty or thirty minutes-ish to get home if I walk. Feels like a kilometre to be honest.
My friends always say I look stoned, but I think that's just because I'm slow as fuck, and when I'm tired/bored/excited/happy/sad/annoyed/feeling absolutely anything I get bloodshot eyes. dunno why.
I had the same problem. But whenever I go outside and actually exhaust myself, and get some nice 7 hours of sleep, I am not tired the next day. So get off your lazy ass and do something outside!

This. You can get vitman D suppliments to take after meals, but sitting out in the sun for 15 minutes each day can help much more and it'll be easy to do because it's summer.
I should check my diet. I am too always tired/lack of energy. I'm tired of being tired.

Yes, Sitting out in the sun, absorbing carbon dioxide and getting watered daily will help.
Fuck, just stop eating shitty foods you know, eat something green. Oh and go outside.
Have a consistent sleep schedule, even on weekends, also try eating better.

But water and healthy food tastes like shit. Seriously. Not everyone's taste buds have at least a taste for them. Mine just absolutely fucking hate them, have done for years :v:

That's because you have grown accustomed to filthy and cheap food.
From all the agrees I see that us FPers are a tired bunch
you're oversleeping.
I've got the same problem, my friends usually tell me that i look stoned, they sometimes keep asking me if i'm on something even though i'm not. I just usually feel tired even if i get a lot of sleep.
you have cancer of the anus
you're oversleeping.
But 7 hours isn't that long to oversleep, is it? :raise:
You're probably eating shitty foods and not getting any exercise, there are a number of vitamin/mineral deficiencies that result in being tired, lightheaded etc...
I personally have an iron deficiency, which has caused anemia, so my skin is very pale, my blood is bright bright red, and I get dizzy/lightheaded easily
I always feel tired and have pale skin, I blame it on me being inside all the time, I call it an IT tan. Anyway, my blood does not taste of anything so I assume I have an iron deficiency too, I get light headed and shit also. I thought I had cancer for a while heh.
Fuck posted wrong thing in wrong thread.. :3 ,
try going to bed the curtains open, it might help, sometimes when waking up by the sun it helps.
I, too suffer from something like this. Fatigue, non-refreshing sleep(Usually I feel sleepier after waking up than I was before)Also there's this strange feeling in my head. It's really hard to describe, but it's like my head is surrounded by fog, or I'm just not really 'there", I feel that I'm "behind" myself. I easily get light-headed and my reaction times suck. I try to exercise a minimum amount every day, I only drink tap water and I try to keep my diet healthy.
Half a year ago I went to a bunch of doctors to get this tested. Perfect EKG, blood test, MRI and EEG. Basically I got told to wait, maybe it'll get better.
My reactions can be pretty fast but most of the time it's just lazy ones.
You could be oversleeping, or you can have cancer. :iiam:
stop beating around the bush
stop beating around the bush
The hell?
Coca-Cola causes this. I felt like that for months, but as soon as I stopped drinking Coke for a few days, I started feeling better. Must be a dependence for caffeine or something.
I ran several miles every day and felt fine. I stopped for a few weeks, and started feeling awful. When I went back to running, I started feeling great again.
Try getting some exercise.
