Get some LSD or Speed, it will sure help you out.
You need a Caffiene bomb, son.
You have a tape worm and its eating all your food. Just stop eating for a while or coax it out with pliers and cheese :v:
If you're getting a lot of sleep, most likely it's an illness or bug.
Listen to me. Get tested for hypothyroidism. You sound like a clear cut case. I have it, and it gets worse with time.
Me too man. I hate always being tired.
Cancer.
I always get 8 - 12 hours of sleep, the recommended range for male teenagers, and yet I'm still tired all the time as well.
Change your diet, eat healthy, exercise and above all, drink plenty of water daily, the equivalent of 8 glasses.
I've felt like this for around five year's now and I've got to say it's really fucking annoying. I'm tired 24/7 and it never seems to get better
Get ten hours of sleep every day for a couple weeks. Then come back.
What to do: Eat better food, sleep better, exercise. What you must do.
This. You can get vitman D suppliments to take after meals, but sitting out in the sun for 15 minutes each day can help much more and it'll be easy to do because it's summer.
This is important though! Vitamin D eats up calcium like crazy so get a doctor to prescribe you it so you know how much extra calcium to take. The pills I'm taking has: 800mg calcium 10 ug vitamin D One in the morning and one in the evening.
There's my problem.
I think unless your bones have fused together, if you start slowly and build up you'll be able to run.
Listen to me. Get tested for hypothyroidism. You sound like a clear cut case. I have it, and it gets worse with time.
It's also a clear cut case for vitamin D deficiency, also is it bad that I giggled when I saw it was called Cretinism?
Could be a anemic.
sleep for 8 hours, eat fruits, eat breakfast
I get to school at 7:30 by walking half a mile, football practice from 4-6:30 and weightlift for an hour, then jog home, pretty fun. Anyways, it might be a deficiency liek above, go get a diagnosis by a doctor, if you're looking for iron, get S.S.S Tonic, it sounds like a boat but its a iron supplement that tastes like crap but gets the job done.
I've had this problem for a couple of years, especially since the start of Year 10. (Fuck you I'm British) My friends have noticed this quite recently, I always look stoned or really tired, sometimes I'm not tired one bit. Most of the time I am tired, but it's really weird. Like uh, for example; my friend got about 4 hours sleep every day for 2 weeks, he doesn't look one bit tired or feel like going to sleep. Same with about ten other people. I get about 7-ish hours of sleep (12:00 AM to 7AM mostly), and I just consider this as a way that my brain wants more sleep. So I need more sleep. That must be the answer. All I'm missing is, what? 3 hours of needed sleep? Okay. Alright, 10 hours of sleep. I go to bed for 10 hours. No difference? What. I still feel tired, I still look tired, I just look like I've had an extremely rough day. What the fuck? How the hell do I stop looking so tired all the time? If I didn't wear my glasses everyone would point out I'm always tired. I fucking yawn all the time as well :argh: Just what the fuck do I do? [Unaware if this is the right section :saddowns:]
Depends, could be unhealthy diet, over all mental health (Depressed, sad, lonely ect.) Oversleeping also makes you tired as well.
Guys, try taking an iron pill. Fucks with the bowels though it really helps here. Have one with some all bran or something in the morning.
Mdma
But water and healthy food tastes like shit. Seriously. Not everyone's taste buds have at least a taste for them. Mine just absolutely fucking hate them, have done for years :v:
Then stop fucking wasting our time.
But 7 hours isn't that long to oversleep, is it? :raise:
Thats not enough sleep. I will tell you what you need to do. 1. Sit out in the sun for 30 mins a day at least (tan that pale skin boy) 2. Go for a 45 min walk (note that you can do 1 and 2 together) 3. Eat healthy foods Your life is complete.
I'm sitting here drinking coke and eating "Apple Dapples" on the floor in front of my computer at 3am and I've got the same problem
Same as me OP past few years I am always tired no matter how much sleep I get. I sometimes find I feel more awake if I go to bed before midnight (so at like 10:30) and wake up early. Otherwise I am constantly exhausted.
You do not know who I am do not use my name :argh:
i go to your school kyle
Spend more time in the sun Problem solved :)
You need to do 1 of 2 things. 1. Sleep Way More. 2. Sleep less, statistically it's better to get 4 hours of sleep than 8
i go to your school kyle
Nope. :saddowns:
I think unless your bones have fused together, if you start slowly and build up you'll be able to run.
I was told that I had a condition or something that I inherited and that my bones may fuse together later in my life :frown: Although water tastes like shit, I drink alot of it anyway. Constant diarrhea though :v: Id rink like 5 cups and then I need...well, lets not go there, lets just say that drinking so much water needs to get out :v:
