Get outa here, christian :saddowns: Tryin' tah preach me again, are you? :saddowns: (You have actually done this about 4 times now, right? :v:) Pretty much spot on. My sleeping habits are fine, on the weekends I don't have anything important the next day (e.g. school, ugh) then I sleep for a little longer, but I get a constant average of 7 hours a week sleep.
First off, just because I'm a Christian doesn't mean I try to shove my beliefs down your throat. I don't. I was simply making a valid statement! You need more exercise! It's good for you, and will probably solve this dilemma. Since you can't run, and don't have a bike, walk! Walk for a little while. After a few days, you'll feel better. And after a few weeks, I'll bet you'll lose a few pounds. Or, kilograms.
You're probably eating shitty foods and not getting any exercise, there are a number of vitamin/mineral deficiencies that result in being tired, lightheaded etc... I personally have an iron deficiency, which has caused anemia, so my skin is very pale, my blood is bright bright red, and I get dizzy/lightheaded easily
I have extreme iron deficiency anemia as well and a family history of hypothyroid. @Black-Ice Your doctor can give you a list of foods that can help you feel more energetic. Sometimes extreme fatigue can also be a symptom of a serious problem. By the way, don't you British folk get free healthcare? Get off the computer and get better!
Get off your fatass and do some exercise you fag
Yeah seriously why ask us for advice and then reject all of it
I said I couldn't run, not walk. I can't run because it god damn hurts my legs and my lower back when running. I used to be able to run, it's just that bullying has kept me inside and this shit happens in the long-term :saddowns:
When you're not used to running, your extremities feel like shit and always hurt. Unless you've got known injuries or something that prevent you from running, I would try powering through it and see how it goes. If you can't run for whatever reason, just do some sit-ups and pushups, and maybe go to a gym if you have one nearby. I would definitely try eating well and exercising before going to a doctor. I feel the same way all the time, and I'm pretty sure that's my problem as well.
for me, when I get like 2 hours of sleep, I feel pumped when I wake up, but when I get like 11, I feel just exhausted
Drink 10 cups of coffee while taking a bath in coffee.

I had a blood test a few months ago and everything is fine other than vitamin D. I have the same, but I never feel tired. Just yawning, and I look like I got punched in the face. Everyone asks me "Did you get punched in the face? You got purple under your eyes."
Start cycling to/from places. Last two weeks I've been cycling the five mile round trip to school for exams, and I'm feeling way better for it. [editline]12:17PM[/editline] Srsly exercise is better for you than you could imagine.
Power Nap Google it
You appear to have a protein deficiency, eat more balls. The rest of this post is just filler, filler to make you think it's a serious post.
Don't worry OP, I have the same problem. I sleep through most of my classes, or doze off, though it wears off when I got home for whatever reason. It's really strange, and it doesn't matter if I have more sleep then I normally should.
Maybe... you are tired? v:v:v
I have the same. Always tired, and yawn all the time. don't help even if I sleep the recommended time.
You don't yawn because you are tired It's because you're body needs more air Try breathing VERY slowly for a few minutes... Then you will yawn at some point.
Constant tiredness is a symptom of Diabetes.
