drug tests are easily fooled, just don't do them for a long time.

I once heard if you clench your ass cheeks and slowly release them as you lie that you can trick a polygraph. I'm unsure about how valid it is though.
Polygraphs are incredibly unreliable. They're notorious for false positives and false negatives all the time.

Polygraphs go off of the changes in heart rate, and blood pressure. Thinking about sex makes your heart rate and blood pressure go up, so when they ask, "Is your name x?" you need to think about sex, that way when you lie on the real questions, the difference between your heart rate won't be as great.

Come to Massachusetts, it's illegal for an employer to administer a polygraph test on anybody applying for a job here.
