$2.60, though it's been teetering +/-5 cents the past few weeks.
It's about the same where I'm at. Managed to get it at $2.57.
Costs aboot 2.89 here in Northern Virgina [editline]8th December 2014[/editline]
Out of curiosity do people in America truly believe they're number one? I mean in many regards you probably are, but in a hell of a lot you're not, and I feel like such a mentality prevents you from becoming better. The same applies on a personal level too, of course. If you think you're perfect and without flaws you stagnate as a person and never become a better human being as a result.
No we're far from #1.
The people in charge seem to think that. I like to think the average citizen is far more sensible.
I doubt it, I told my dad that we were kinda bullying some smaller countries into doing things they didn't want to and his reponse was pretty much to the effect of; "We're the best country in the world, we're number one. Its our damn right to do that, and we know better anyways." There are quite a few people who think like this, trust me. Including several people in high positions in government.

One of the reasons why we have such a bad image on the world stage.
Shame really. While the British helped a little and the French just gave up, too.
It's about the same where I'm at. Managed to get it at $2.57.
Regular is down to $2.15 by my house, but I've heard Oklahoma has dropped below two dollars.
American Steel (Lend-Lease), British Intelligence (Turing, Enigma etc), and Russian Blood (Eastern Front) won World War II. French didn't really help win the war, but they fought like hell and took quite a few down with them. There a number of factors that lead to the fall of France, but it had little to do with the quality of French troops (their Armor was actually better than the germans in many respects) and more to do with their command problems and communications. But this isn't history chat, this is FREEDOM CHAT

Moonshine is on point, Virginia-wise. Bluegrass is good too... [sp](Peach flavour woo!)[/sp]
I wonder if it'll drop as low as $1.80?
Moonshine is on point, Virginia-wise. Bluegrass is good too... [sp](Peach flavour woo!)[/sp]
We're doing that up here in Tennessee, we've even got a distillery and store in Gatlinburg. Haven't tried it, not a fan of the hard spirits.
I'm a beer drinker. What do you guys think of our legal age being 21 and not 18 or lower like other countries?
I'm a beer drinker. What do you guys think of our legal age being 21 and not 18 or lower like other countries?
I think that if you're old enough to move out, have a kid, serve in the military and pay taxes, you should be able to drink. I can already give myself lung cancer, why can't I have cirrhosis too?
Eh. Gas is $2.80 in New York.
