dumb reason not to vote in a primary

all the more reason, since the electoral college ultimately decides everything.
if the system worked that the EC's vote was based on the popular vote, then it would be worth it.
uh you're not the only person to criticize the electoral college but that's still a really pedantic reason to throw away your vote given that, not counting Al Gore, the last time that even mattered was apparently in 1888

Everyone ready for the hurricane on the east coast?
Also, gas is $1.89 :wow:

It was 82 on Tuesday.
On Wednesday it dropped to 61.
Today, Friday, the high was 55.
I'm predicting to be below zero by November.
yeah, fuck weather.
it was all fine and dandy mon-wed, a little rain yesterday but nothing crazy, then shwoomp, 60s at the highest today.
and then next week we're supposed to go back to warm weather.
yeah its kinda strange like this morning it dropped down to below 70 degrees (69) for the first time in about 4-5 months

ugh
i don't mind cold weather but i'd like a little temperature consistency
We've had rain here in NC nonstop for the past week now, thanks to hurricane Joaquin. Super thankful it didn't come any closer.
I just dislike Jersey's weather all around, for the most part. What we've had for the past week or so is enjoyable. Mid-60s is what I like.
You know, it really sucks that all those other nation chat threads go on for pages and pages
But this only gets updated when the weather changes
Like two awkward strangers stuck in an elevator with nothing really to say. The fuckin' weather :v:

Not much to really discuss since we see most of it everywhere else.
also halloween is the best holiday, naysayers fite me and my candycorn
I prefer Thanksgiving, but Halloween is an extremely close second.
Thanksgiving, for whatever reason, just isn't that special to me. The history behind it gives me the jeebies, and the turkey is usually dry 9/10 times. I mean, its good shit, don't get me wrong, so much food, but after the 20th time of doing it, it feels meh. I know its just me, but still.

plus football
Thanksgiving is nice. This year we're having it with the in-laws.
I've never celebrated Christmas
Never liked Halloween
How can you not like Halloween?
I can get it being not a favorite, but to actually dislike it?
Clearly a heretic. Force feed him reeses cups and we'll see if his tune doesn't change.
It's just sort of a whatever holiday
i'm not a fan of halloween anymore
idk just got tired of it. instead of handing candy out to kids i'd rather just drink beer and watch horror movies.
halloween is great
hot chicks in skimpy costumes and parties on every street
democratic debate in 5 days boys
can't wait to see Sanders suplex everyone on the stage
We have a festival the first week of October every year that generally overshadows Halloween for me. Fuck candy when I can have homemade kuchen.
