i wish girls would actually bother to look scary on halloween instead of just slutty
you're in america, mang, sex sells, pop them tits out
of course, anyone dressed like that isn't there for the candy.
also i wish i could dress up and look spooky for halloween. i'd only be impressing myself and no one nearby wants to do anything but stay inside or party :s:
i wish girls would actually bother to look scary on halloween instead of just slutty
so you would rather have

than
i'm not a fan of halloween anymore
idk just got tired of it. instead of handing candy out to kids i'd rather just drink beer and watch horror movies.
This will be my first year with an actual house of my own for trick or treating, so my girlfriend and I really looking forward to handing out candy! Our neighborhood has gaggles of kids that are always out and about after school, so we'll prolly go through a stupid amount of candy, but we'll be well prepared. Figuring out how to keep our little yappy dog from barking so much that he just starts emitting a single high-pitched squeal for the entire night is going to be the real challenge.
-snip-
I think it's mainly just bitterness from my earlier years that girls could do the same played out crap each year while I put in a lot of effort :v: Now that I think about it, it's actually preferable in many cases.
None of my friends host parties and I probably gotta work on Halloween so I'll likely wear my costume to work again.
I just wear my old airsoft stuff. It's all undersized now and I put on weight so it's super unflattering.

"In the act of being conceived because it was so fucking long ago"
I am more interested in the VP picks for president rather than the nominees, tbh.
VPs are useless :v:
i had to fill out an sf-86 today and you have to indicate foreign nationals you're in close contact with as well as people who know you well. and you need their address and email and phone numbers and shit
so i was like damn this is gonna be awk trying to get personal info from my friends but turns out my university has a student directory where you can just put in a dude's name and it spits out their phone number and address
i can see how the directory can be abused and idk if most other students know about it or how you can set your data to private but hey it just saved me from like 10 awkward conversations
VPs are useless :v:
Who knows, maybe this next VP will be wackier than Biden.

Well now you know where to go when you want to glitterbomb someone :v:
halloween is great
hot chicks in skimpy costumes and parties on every street
But I hate parties.

This thread may sleep, but AMERICA never does!
So, I just found out that I can hear the local speedway from outside my house when they're doing races. I thought it was further away, but it's only about 6 miles as the crow flies.
I should go watch some races next season. My father used to announce at a 1/4 mile asphalt track when I was younger, and they ran modifieds there (as well as other types of cars) but I've never seen them on dirt in person.
Before I moved, three different people down the street from me ran modifieds, and one of them owned the garage across the driveway from us, so he'd often be working on the car there. So you can probably figure out why I love oval racing so much :v:
did someone say 'murica?

did you guys perform your civic duty and vote in the off-year election :glare:
i did
my friend's dad was running for town council and he won
i did too
matt bevin won : (
I didn't vote, unfortunately.
I hadn't had time to look up the candidates and make any kind of decision so I wasn't about to go into that booth and flip a coin.
Yeah, I had no idea we were voting on propositions 'n' shit until the day of, so no time to research.
Any of you guys have any interesting Thanksgiving traditions?
My family has a "tacky gift" pass around game. Everyone brings a tacky/ugly/ridiculous item (we have a limit of $5, but nobody really follows that) which is then wrapped like normal. After dinner and desert, we gather around the room with the gift we brought, while the host reads a short story about thanksgiving dinner. Everytime the word "and" is said, we pass the item we have to the person to the right, until the story ends. Then we go from youngest to oldest and open what we ended up with for all to see.
Then we decide a "winner" of what the best (read: worst) item was.
This year's winner:

a smorgasbord of various fast food being consumed with arizona iced tea, and lots of sexual innuendos.
How about this winter, eh? So far, the only snow I've seen here in New York is here on Facepunch, and on Hoth when I re-watched the Star Wars movies.
