Judging by the posts in this thread, there's no way I'm watching any of the videos posted...
both sets of my aunts and uncles have a ton of dogs
recently a lot of them have been passing away. griffin, gshep/husky mix died a few years ago due to problems with his eyes, macy, forgot the breed, died because she was like 15, bruno was put down during an operation because they found out something was severely damaged in his body.
and now recently toby, dog that's ~17 years old, is so old she can't hear or see. she almost died a few months ago because she got lost in the backyard. also casey, who is 16, got her leg run over by one of my aunt's cars, and that led to a lot of other issues in her body because she's so damn old
it's the worst feeling, really. i never got to say goodbye to any of them, and they're gone.

If you tried to get that dog off the road you your self are being put at risk of being hit by a car, also if you are not trained properly you could get bit and attacked by these stray dogs since they have no idea what you are doing and you might look like a threat, these two together can add up to a lot of things that nobody wants to deal with, it's better to wait until someone trained comes to handle the situation, assuming they called animal control or someone.
