Oh hai everyone lets all dress up in stupid costumes and go and get drunk. ...wait, don't we do that every other weekend?
Trick or dick
The cock is the treat.
Haloween is a shitty american holiday (no offence americans). Why can't we just enjoy blowing shit up on Guy Fawkes? Haloween is just a filler for americans till the 4th July i guess.
For the last time, it's not american.
Hot chicks appearing at your door and your standing there saying, "The hell do I do now?" I am slightly mad about Halloween. [editline]08:15AM[/editline]
For the last time, it's not american.
It was derived from a Celtic holiday where the celts would dress up for rituals. There was a superstition during those times (If I'm correct) that they believed goblins and the dead would rise up, therefore people would dress up as ghost and goblins to "blend in." The candy giving part was where you would knock on the door, and the people within the household would give food. Then Britain was conquered by the Romans, and two Roman holidays came in. All Saints day, and the day celebrating the end of the harvest. Oddly enough, Halloween is equal to the name Eve of Saints day. Then it came to America in some fashion I have no idea how. I'm quite rusty so correct me if I'm wrong.
No kids this year. Last year I only got a group, 2 kids. I gave them Twix. This year, no kids. Not very surprising, considering I live in a urban environment unlike most of you who live in the suburbs, and most kids don't bother with the 6th floor. They just quit at 3rd.
i don't like having to answer my door but other then that its pretty cash.
Halloween is good. :downs:
I hate the kids who don't say anything and just take shit loads of candy. Greedy little bastards.
Don't take me wrong, I love going to parties with friends, I just hate the whole idea of trick or treat'ing.
I don't know if I hated it or not, but I'm a bit worried. Me and my friends went lighting fireworks up at a hill where we live (everyone goes there). This year their is a $2000 dollar fine if you get caught. We light off a Dancing Devil cause we soo cooolll, and a fucking firetruck comes out of nowhere, so we started ditching. The firetruck says something like 'We're rolling?' but we all got away. My friend told me he thinks they had a camera and are going to arrest us by identifying us. I didn't believe a camera having a video of us running would be good enough proof anyways. After that we had a few more close encounters with cops and miraculously escaped even though we looked trapped and yeah. It was a shitty night and not worth getting a possible $2000 dollar fine for it.
You guys aren't old enough. Halloween rocks because hot girls wear the sluttiest stuff and you get laid so easily.
I threw an egg at a slutty dressed girl and she was like "OH MY GOD!" and it was awesome. So 2 good things happened I threw an egg at a slut and she was hot.

I'd enjoy it more if the kids who came round didn't just mumble 'trickertreat' or 'appyalloween' and hold up their buckets. Be civil, goddamn. [editline]06:30PM[/editline]
Then it came to America in some fashion I have no idea how. I hate halloween.

I actually was annoyed by the constant stream of people. I'm such an asshole :buddy:
i love halloween, it's just this one wasn't all that grand :/
I talked to some ppl I usually don't talk to. These ppl that live on an island and pretend they are related. It was neat.
I just ended up going to one of my friend's parties because she always throws awesome ones on holidays. It wasn't Halloween themed though
i hate trick.
If a trick-or-treater came to my house, I'd give them a shitload of candy and $20..
I wouldn't mind halloween so much if there wasn't the associated dickheaddery that came with it. I don't mind the little kids that come trick or treating who are very polite and have their parents standing at the end of the path and all that. But when you get a bunch of dickhead chavs come up who'll start waving a baseball bat (or worse) in your face if you don't give them food, that pisses me off. It's also annoying when at 5pm (After it's dark) and i have to make the 5 minute walk to the Co-Op to get some doritos or drinks or something and i have dumb kids yelling / throwing shit at me or following me going "Trick or treat, you goin' in tha shop mate? Gemmie some food mate" Ironically enough they never get that close to you, and so last night i stopped, turned around and took one step towards them. They turned round and ran away. I fucking rule.
The only things I like about Halloween is that it's an excuse to buy candy, and there are usually scary movie marathons on T.V.
I fucking rule.
You basically described being afraid of thugs looking for candy through an e-peen filter. Yeah, no.
Halloween is actually a REALLY good day to rape children...
I never said I was PRETENDING to be a padeophile
