Once I had a huge blackhead on the side of my nose where it's extremely hard to get out from.
When I finally got it out, the bathroom sink made a big *clank* sound on impact.
I also have a small spot of dried blood under the skin of my nose, which fills up with water every now and then so I squeeze it and a small jet of water flies to the mirror.
Ive had bad acne on and off for about 2 years and i can tell if it doesnt have salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in it, its not going to clear your skin.
Unless the pimples are located on your cheeks or back you are going to get minimal scarring. If all else fails just go to a dermatologist and he/she can put you on a course of medecine (acutane or something)
As for picking them, dont bother, only do the really large ones until all the puss is out then leave them alone.
just put a warm towel over your face, then shower and clean, then put a cold towel on. no more spots - if you don't have actual acne.

to the contrary, some deep pimples will leave quite noticeable scars if not taken care of.
the only difference between me and my pimple-faced friends are a bunch of sterile scalpels.
it stings a little, but i'm 100% scar free, and i have very little acne.
it also bring me to the point: if it takes to much willpower to get yourself to make one tiny incision on your forehead for good, there must be something truly wrong with emos.
I know what you meant by white pus or something, cause I have this long thing in my pants and when I squeeze/rub it pus comes out and it feels great to let it out.

Lol i used to pick spots so its kinda red then i would get tea tree oil/toothpaste then put it on... its like bonjella on an ulser but 10x better!!! the sensation... its almost orgasmic.

If a pimple looks like it needs popping, I pop it and put some iodine on the open spot to kill infection.
Goes away in a day's time, for the most part.

You don't get scars unless you go too deep. Also if you do get scars I heard the ladies like them. Get a motorcycle while you're at it too.
I did it once, then I was all "Bleh!", now I just don't care since it's perfectly natural.

you have to get to a GP to make an insicion and get them out,
otherwise the inside turns hard, and scar tissue forms around it, then a scar appears
