I redesigned the character icons and the decision system.
white arrows still mean that the decisions with them can be made with the black ones. You can also control the characters in your party separately, so the black/white arrow system is only for their separate options.
The symbol in your icon is blank because you haven't earned one yet based on your decisions, for example, Crazy Lady is crazy.
