But she was mostly nude all Season 1 :(
she got some rude ass tittays
So i saw the first 2 seasons and want to know what's going the happen next. So i decided i will read the books, but should i start from book 1 & 2 considering i saw it on tv? Or start from book 3, i'm a busy man and don't have much time so are there many differences between the books and the tv series?
Anyone who starts from any book other than the first is a fucking retard, and shouldn't even bother reading the books at all.
Start from the first book, or not at all.
Definitely.
The books give much more depth than the show
Now I've read through the first two books and I loved em' both. Currently about a quarter into ASOS; [sp]Jesus, did Vargo just do what I think he did to Jamie? Also what the hell is up with Dontos? He of all people is more than a minor character in the book?[/sp]

[sp]Yes, that is the core of Jamie's character development for the rest of the series. And also yes, Dontos played a huge role in the events of ASOS. He really got shorted by the series.[/sp]
I've read all five books twice now and the(Like, entire series spoilers)[sp]Red Wedding[/sp]still makes me terribly sad, considering[sp]How well the War was going for King Robb and how Catelyn was an extremely interesting character. Now she's all murderous and stuff, doesn't feel right.[/sp]
The fun part of re-reading the books though, is[sp]Now that I look for it, Roose Bolton, Lord Tywin and Walder Frey were actually being kinda obvious about their plans. Especially when Roose ordered Robett Glover to take Duskendale in the Kings name then told King Robb how Glover acted on his own accord. Plus he only really brought Dreadfort and Karhold men with him to the Twins, that should have been a dead giveaway.[/sp]
Oh well, hopefully once[sp]Davos finds Prince Rickon and the Northmen declare for Stannis the Dreadfort will burn, and the Twins with it. Oh, also when Petyr and the Vale declare for Princess Sansa.[/sp]

[sp]Well with everything that happens to the Stark family, including her, nobody can blame her.[/sp]
ASOS spoilers;[sp]Damn, chaos sure broke out quick as fuck amongst the black brothers at Craster's place. Sad to see ol' Mormont go, he shouldn't have died like that.[/sp]

[sp]Robb wasn't winning. Or even doing good. He had lost the Karstarks, alienated the Freys, and Bolton was smart to not bet on the losing horse. Robb's war was lost as soon as Stannis was defeated. Hell, pretty much when he decided to defend the Riverlands.
And you seem awfully sure Stannis will survive or that the Starks won't get kicked in the face for some more. [/sp]
Apparently Theon will be appearing in season 3, which is a deviation from the books. This should mean we'll get a Ramsay Bolton too.

Good. If I'm not mistaken, didn't [sp]Theon's torture occur parallel to ASOS[/sp]?

Well [sp]Ramasy does send robb strips of Theon's skin[/sp]
I finished the first two books and I've just started the third.
I was confused about something in book 2; [sp]Bolton's bastard sacks Winterfell, but I thought he was executed earlier in the book for killing (or torturing, something bad, I don't remember) his wife. I didn't get the impression that this was another bastard, am I just remembering wrong? (it's likely that I am, my memory sucks and these books are quite long)[/sp]

[sp]Basically, Ramsay (Bolton's bastard) had raped a girl and was being hunted. He was running with his manservant, Reek. He made Reek wear his clothes (Reek got killed) while he took his role. When Theon gives him gold and he rides away he rides to the Dreadfort, dons his armor, grabs his men and turns back to Winterfell as Ramsay yet again.[/sp]
Started reading book 1.
Wow, Catelyn really is fucking cold towards Jon.
I havent read the books but from what I've seen in the show she really has no reason to like him.
He's a constant reminder that Ned fucked another woman,
And I think I read somewhere that Jon somehow posed a threat in terms of inheritance as lord of Winterfell or something (Dont know how it works, or if it was actually lord of winterfell or not)

Well, in the book, she's worse.
When (book 1) [sp]he's going to say goodbye to Bran before going to the wall, Catlyn flat out tells him she wishes it was Jon who fell from the tower and got crippled instead[/sp]

He poses no threat unless he's legitimized by the king which isn't going to happen for obvious reasons.

Or if general speculation[sp]R+L[/sp] happens to be true.

[sp]A royal bastard is still a bastard. It wouldn't even matter if they got married, because there's no one to prove it.[/sp]

He can get legitismed by Robb and become Heir to Winterfell (if the Nights Watch dismisses him)
MINOR ASOS SPOILERS [sp]This is actually Robb's plan as The Starks have no male heir (everybody thinks Bran and Rickon are dead)[/sp] (Minor/Major ASOS/AFOC spoilers) [sp]... And Stan the Mans when he saves the wall[/sp]

aww yeah
Basically confirmed as Ramsay, holy shit he'll be perfect. He's an excellent actor and can really pull it off.

Just finished A Dance With Dragons [sp]Am I the only one who thinks that Jon survives? His death seems just a little too meaningless (or consequence-free if you prefer, since it happened on the wall far from everyone else) the way it happened, and especially if he really is the son of Lyanna and Rhaegar. A third Targaryen would surely spice things up with both Aegon and Daenerys about.[/sp]

ADWD - MAJOR SPOILER [sp]It's quite likely that he survived, either by taking over Ghost, by Melissandre reviving him (like Thoros of Myr, both priests of Rh'llor, so she might luck out and find the last rites reviving him) or maybe the wounds aren't fatal and so on. He's too stuck in to things for him to die so abruptly imo.[/sp]
Book 3 - Got to the part where [sp]Sansa had to marry Tyrion. I started to feel bad for her because of how much she hated it, but then I remembered it's her fault she's stuck at King's Landing. That's what you get for telling Cersei about Ned's plan to send you away. Your dad is dead and you're married to the imp, you idiot.[/sp]
Catelyn and Sansa both are always doing stupid shit to get themselves in trouble.
But Sansa's a scared little girl doing what she thinks is right. You can't blame her.
