funny but even indirect stuff like that shouldnt be in the thread
Vague spoilers regarding Dragons. Not important stuff, or explicit but spoilered for safety. [sp]You will see the dragons more as they grow bigger. They have important roles further on[/sp]
Talking about dragons, for those of you that read the book... (spoilers about last books and bran, seriously don't read if you don't want to know) [sp] From the way things left off, and what i've been thinking is that bran might learn to control one of daenerys dragons, because he is getting stronger after controlling hodor, did anyone else think this? [/sp]

[/sp]
(ADWD - MAJOR SPOILERS) Main issue with that is that [sp]Jon is also indicated to have some mental link with Ghost, and Arya has even more control over animals than Jon, dragging Catelyn's corpse out of the river with a wolf and using cats in Braavos to see when she was blinded for a while. Also, Victarion Greyjoy has the horn - the one that burnt the guy's insides up when Euron went to the kingsmoot. I'd say that that would be a way of controlling dragons, as Targaryens probably don't get affected by it.[/sp]
[sp] But he's been spending so much time with the children of the forest that if anyone could it would be bran, it would also make things complete if the boy who couldn't walk could fly [/sp]
[sp]Bran won't control the Dragons. He'll control the others.[/sp] ADWD
Here is a family tree of House Stark/Targaryen/Lannister/Baratheon [img_thumb]http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ljvomnekzJ1qa2ylwo1_1280.jpg[/img_thumb]
Heh, where's Stannis?
[sp]Bran won't control the Dragons. He'll control the others.[/sp] ADWD
Do the math and you will know why it's called A Song of Ice and Fire.
Heh, where's Stannis?
That is a House list from Season 1. Stannis was only mentioned by name in Season 1.
Heh, where's Stannis?
He isn't in the first season of Game of Thrones. [editline]26th April 2012[/editline] Beaten to it.

Bran on the floor was a nice touch
Heights of the different cast members:
Bran made me laugh. Also hodor is larger than I thought. Geeze. what about...uh...that girl that works for the starks now? the one that tried to kidnap Bran. I have no idea what her name is but does she technically count as a stark now?

I think the only reason Hodor's on there is because he's so huge.
That's Osha and she's more of a slave that starts to like where she is [sp] and cares for bran and rickon [/sp] hardly a spoiler but thought i'd hide it ninja'd
Just watched the first episode of Season 1 and it feels very vague, a lot felt unexplained, I didn't know what was what [sp]except some guy trying to build a army and two guys were best friends and some killer was out in the snow. Could someone explain?[/sp]

They were forced to flee after Robert (the current king) usurped the throne from them. Viserys was selling his sister to the Dothraki in exchange for their support when he attepts to get his throne back. Those two guys were Robert (The fat one, and current king) and Ned Stark (The lord of winterfell, that castle). That thing you saw in the beginning was a White Walker. Not much is known about them.

Just quickly rewatched the first season. My god, season 2 is good so far, but compared to season 1 it lacks those extremely intense moments. We only had 4 episodes so maybe I'll be surprised how things will change.

I'm sorry but [sp]when Ned Stark confronts Cersei in the throne room and Cersei simply tears the King's last will just like a worthless paper[/sp] had a much more of an impact on me than [sp]weird dark creature coming out of pregnant woman[/sp].
Heights of the different cast members:
Gregor is supposed to be a lot larger than in that. He's mentioned as close to 2.4m in the books, yet his actor's something like 2.15m

Geoffrey (However you spell it) is kind of a cunt.
You don't understand what's going to happen with the [sp]shadow baby[/sp], that's why.
They got the sort of tricky spellings of Daenerys, Arryn and Targaryen right, but simple things like Warlord Drogo wrong, and suggesting that the Stark family merged with the Arryn's through marriage. Pretty odd.
Hah! i'm so watching that
