I thought the Blackfish was already in S1 (as the guy who greets Catelyn just before arriving at the Eyrie), unless they. just replaced him with a nameless guard
wasn't expecting budget for all of them and expected at least blackfish to be cut
still great news though. i hope the reeds show up and say something like "bran of winterfell, we've been looking for you but ran a little late..."

fyi people this a major spoiler.
and that's the reason people said not to go looking up that song
so i was reading about the song The Rains of Castamere and i found out that (Major book 3 Spoiler[sp]Robb dies.[/sp]fuck
Might want to tell people what kind of spoiler it is; pretty major in this case.
i'm so spoiled it doesn't matter because there are so many spoilers i can't remember them all anyway, so it's still a surpise to me when it happens.
so i was reading about the song The Rains of Castamere and i found out that tits fuck
As everyone said, mark major spoilers please.
As everyone said, mark major spoilers please.
i tried to warn people, sorry that happened to you swebonny :(
I'm up to ASOS, about to go onto AFFC, but I'm curious about one thing- is it ever made clear how bad Winter can get for the entire planet? I know in Westeros that winters often lead to mass death and shitstorms of unparalleled proportions, but how do the other continents fare? I can't imagine the Dothraki Sea or any of the Free Cities suffering too badly.

thx for the free spoilers bitch

Knowing how things worked out in season one, I'm sure it's a moment that hopefully will be surprising and interesting even though it was spoiled.
I seriously have to read the books.

It is. You kinda expect it in the back of your mind (though, I was spoiled beforehand, as well), but when it happens there's that "oh shit" moment. I'm not sure the show could replicate it just as accurately as the book could, but there's that sudden moment of panic and realization that you get roughly the same as the POV character.
George NEEDS to write that episode.
It will be the most [sp]heart-wrenching[/sp] episode in any piece of media ever.
I was a little disappointed, though, that they [sp]used The Rains of Castamere so early[/sp]. Huge motherfucking spoilers ahead, don't click this unless you want to know every detail of what we're discussing.
[sp]I was expecting a big reveal in the episode. Split scenes with Catelyn following the Frey as she realizes what's going on, and Arya and Sandor approaching the camp, with muted sounds (only the occasional yell, sword slashing, Robb going down, the Smalljon kicking ass) behind The Rains of Castamere playing...the tone The National did it in makes the song absolutely perfect for the scene. Season 3 ends with Catelyn being killed, watching as Robb dies. Nice little cliffhanger leaving the fate of Arya and the Hound open, as well as the fate of the North as a whole.[/sp]

He said he absolutely hated to write that chapter in the book, so I don't think he'll do it.

If they know nothing about the song, it'll have no meaning to them when it plays. It was perfectly apt.

It was, I'll concede that.
someone needs to put The Hound's face onto this

oops my bad if i spoiled it for anyone trust me i know how ya feel. fuck this im just gonna stop reading anything about game of thrones too many spoilers everywhere...
You will NEVER be safe from the spoilers, until you read the books.
[editline]30th May 2012[/editline]
Do you think you'll be able to avoid spoilers for FIVE years?
Yeah there was a guy in Napoleonic Wars today going through the major spoilers in each book.
I can't get enough of the dog calling Sansa a little bird.
Fuck The Rains of Castamere, I wanna hear The Bear and the Maiden Fair.
They better have that fat guy singing it for the Tyrells too.
