But if Theon was more of a man, he'd just tell his father to fuck off, warn Robb and flee back to him.
I would imagine fleeing the Iron Islands to be a little tough.
i really got the impression that theon's dad really didn't care what theon did. run back to the starks, help the greyjoys, die, it really didn't matter as long as he didn't have to look at him. that's why he gave him a shitty ship with a crew that never cared about him.
But if Theon was more of a man, he'd just tell his father to fuck off, warn Robb and flee back to him.
Then Theon loses all claims of Iron Islands, gets disowned and becomes little more of a Bastard. Robb might knight him. But I doubt the Northmen would like him very much.
I would imagine fleeing the Iron Islands to be a little tough.
There is a way. He could've warned Robb and tell him to send men to Winterfell ASAP. That way, they couldn't attack Winterfell so easily. Then Theon could just sneak out at night and run to Winterfell, grab Robb's men and attack the Ironborn guys.
Tywin can be a wanker at times. For example: Book 5[sp]Presenting the smashed corpses of the Tygarian children?[/sp] Book 1[sp]Having Tyrion's wife be raped by an entire barrack of guards?[/sp]
For book 1 [sp]I thought Jaime put that lady up to the task of sleeping with Tyrion so he wouldn't feel bad and then when Tywin found out, that's when he had the guards fuck her one by one then gave her silver as payment not rape since she was really just some bar wench hired by Jaime.[/sp] That is, unless that whole scene was re-done for the series and is different from the book.

She was a crofter's daughter that actually liked and fell in love with Tyrion. Jaime basically just arranged for them to hook up. Tywin found out and ordered his guards to rape her.. [/sp]
[sp]I thought Jaime put that lady up to the task of sleeping with Tyrion[/sp]
Book 3 spoilers [sp]No, Tywin forced Jaime to say that. Tysha really did love Tyrion[/sp].

i spit on tywin lannister
I'm halfway through AFfC and thoroughly confused. Spoilers, you are warned. [sp]Where the fuck are all the good characters? I don't give a shit what's happening in Dorne or how Samwell is watching Aemon die slowly or the iron islanders playing king politics. What about Tyrion and Jon? What the hell is going on at the Wall? Not that she's my favorite, but what happened with Dany's little experiment in running a city? GRRM ditched half the interesting stuff in the series and replaced it with stuff I really don't care about.[/sp]
Season 2 is very awesome. Also, makes you very angry.
As long as the asshole characters get the short end of the stick. Also, [sp]Ned's execution actually had an impact on me.[/sp] Haven't had something like that happen in a while. As did [sp]Daenerys mercy-killing Khal Drogo[/sp], that was just sad.
Alot of my friends think Theon is a cunt. Jesus, blame his father and the ironbabbies. The only reason Theon turned against Robb is because his Father bullied him into it.
He is up there with Joffrey for me. Couldn't care less if he doesn't have the balls to tell his father to fuck off, he's a traitorous cunt that [sp]apparently will get what's coming to him.[/sp]
It's probably a bad thing that I spotted Carice van Houten not by seeing her face but by hearing her. Also,[sp]baby killing. In the first episode. Classy.[/sp]

A Dance With Dragons focuses on [sp]Tyrion, Jon, Daenerys and Theon, as well as Jaime and Cersei towards the end and some minor characters throughout.[/sp]

I actually like the Greyjoys,Perhaps its because I never got attached to The Stark's too much? Either way,They will be one of my favorite houses,Next to Martell's.
Well personally, I like all the starks, however, as for the greyjoys, Theon is the only one I like, Balon is a thieving cunt, and Asha is just a dick.

I've hated Theon from book one and have done so until the end. He got what he deserved for being the gutless, traitorous wretch he is.
I've hated Theon from book one and have done so until the end. He killed what, 4-6 people, worse things have been done by others and nobody bitches[/sp]
I've hated Theon from book one and have done so until the end. He got what he deserved for being the gutless, traitorous wretch he is.
Obviously you did not read or understand why he did it.
I was angry at Theon first, wanted to see him chop chopped, but now I kinda feel sorry for him. I don't think he's bad, he's just lost.
I've only watch the shows so so I'm probably biased by how the show was made but... STARKS 4 LYFE !!!!1!! In all seriousness I can see where you guys are coming from but only watching the shows I can't say that I like Theon or any of the Greyjoys.
Speaking of Theon, Alfie Allen totally had the best performance of season 2
Obviously you did not read or understand why he did it.
Of course I understood why he did it. [sp]He had to prove himself Ironborn by taking Winterfell. His diversion led away the armed forces of Winterfell which in turn made it easier for Winterfell to be burned to the ground by Ramsay. The fault for a burned down Winterfell lies partly at Theon's feet. If Ramsay had skinned him head to toe I still wouldn't have given half a damn about the guy,[/sp] and any reason he might have had that I didn't mention above is still not enough to forgive him or feel sorry for him.
