Metal Gear REX is the best "western" style mech of them all.

I probably should check out that film at some point, just to see how the effects looked on screen.
In other robot ponderings, nothing like a good old dose of MST3K and its group of robot friends. I dedicate this one to Gypsy:

There's a whole subset of fans of the show who recreate the robot puppets. I've wanted to try and recreate Gypsy for two years now, but of course the parts they used back in the day (mainly a child car seat for her head, which there barely any of that model still floating around secondhand markets) are incredibly hard to find, so I haven't gotten anywhere close to to starting one. Maybe I should just focus on Cambot.

I swear the T-800 is such a timeless design it's incredible.
Stan Winston you ingenious bastard.
Even though they are kinda cyborgs by having brains in them because tech heresy. The robots of the Legio Cybernetica are the true metal badasses of 40th millennium not those vile tau xenos with there little gun drones.
FEEL THE FULL WRATH OF THE MACHINE GOD.
