The Titan Dropship continues to lower altitude. The TIE Bombers fly out of the way towards the mountain. The AT-STs touchdown behind the AT-AT.
Commander Aequitas hears the message sent by this "Sovereignty" over the radios. Furiously, he grabs an old radio transmitter and shouts into it "This airspace was claimed by the Imperial Navy. You have no authority here. Order your ships back out of MY airspace, or I will order down more appropriate reinforcements to land your ship, permanently."
He then turns to the screen display of the battle in front of him. On a ridge beyond the abandoned vehicles in front of him, he spots some kind of artillery brigade and several men. He turns to his lieutenant, "Send them a message by whatever means you can. Ask them what their intentions are here and what their opinion of the Sovereignty is. I wouldn't mind having some help against them." (to Raga)

The Titan Dropship slams into the ground, its metal structure creaking, but not taking damage. It was built for this kind of thing.
The AT-STs start running off towards the Command AT-AT.
Commander Aequitas sends a radio signal to the Sovereignty forces, "Alright, Sovereignty forces. Power down your shields and weapons and land your ships. Your ships now belong to the Galactic Empire."

The TIE bombers swoop around and target the drop pods. The ATAT stops firing on the uninhabited vehicles and gets ready to fight the ground forces. One of the shuttles lands and begins opening its hatch.
The Dropship continues smashing through the ground, and when it is at the level that the engineers deem fit, it stops. The engineers begin preparing the prefabricated parts to build the HQ on this planet.
Commander Aequitas messages the Vector in orbit, "Why the hell didn't you tell us there would be aerial enemies? The briefing said there was only land forces and small planes, not goddamned frigates! Send down some damn interceptors so we can battle these guys correctly!"

The Heavy gun hits the top of the ATAT.

The two tanks fire and miss. Deployment of the troops is in full swing. The reinforcements are on the way.
[b]Lola, Eradicator, Good to have you with us.[/b]
The Transports move up to the ship to transport the last wave. The fighters move against the TIE bombers.
A message goes out to the soldiers behind the drop zone.
[b]We mean you no harm. This Empire is dangerous. We will save this world from it. I suggest an armistice between us. I suggest we do not fight. All we wish is to eliminate the Empire and then to build a small city here. Send us a transmission on this frequency with your answer.[/b]
[i]"Do as you must, we won't be involved in this battle."[/i]

The ATAT lurches sideways and forwards from the blast of the huge laser. "Damn it, cadet, don't do that!" "Sorry, sir! She can't take another one of those blasts or she'll be out of commission." "Damn it, cadet, tell me some good news."
The main screen turn on with Admiral Whatever-his-name-was of the Vector appearing: "Aequitas, we have preliminary video reports from the Titan that was sent down there, and have decided to send our escort ship, a Lancer class Frigate, down there to assist you in neutralizing the hostile forces. Be advised, the Intelligence division said this would be an easily quashed force to bring under the Empire, we had no knowledge of the Sovereignty being here when you were deployed. Out."
"Well, that is pretty good news," the commander says as he looks to the sky. He can see the ship entering the atmosphere, and a squadron of TIE Interceptors coming out of its bays.
Meanwhile, the engineers finish up the lower level of the prefab base and begin to prospect the rocks on the new cliffside behind the HQ. Captain Someguy gets on his communicator to contact Commander Aequitas to inform him the base is ready for him. "Commander, we are sending the shuttle forward, its LZ is just ahead of you. You can board it and come back to take command of the HQ." "Roger that, Captain."

As a side note, I meant to have the Admiral tell my commander that there would be no more backup. I just wanted to even the playing field against Mr.Flying-aircraft-carrier over here.

The only rule I can see us breaking is
3. While a lot of units are allowed, keep it reasonable.
And since he and I are the ones fighting eachother, and we both have a huge ship, I'd say it is reasonable
