It's a nice tile setup you got going, you are going to apply some vapor barrier or mold protection of some sort as well right? Otherwise you will most likely get into quiet a mess in the future with mold in between the tiles due to the moist air from the shower.
Oh and a tip once you got the shower screen up, clean it once a week with some good descaler product, if you don't do so you will stand in the shower staring at ugly white dots all over it... it's really not good looking and can get annoying.

Yeah it looks weird in the photo, but I have a decal to put on the wall behind the toilet so I had to keep that space quite large.

What are you using for sealing? I used a clear silicone caulk for my bathroom that was intended for outdoor use. Works great and since it is clear you can't see the spots where I fucked up and had to re-do parts. Much better than using traditional white bathroom caulk.
Around the bottom I'm gonna use a white silicone, in the corner a black silicone, and along the edge of the screen a clear silicone :x
Yeah it's open all the time. My shower downstairs is the same, you get a few splashes out of the shower but it's a small price to pay to not have to keep opening and closing doors.
Nice. I need to re-do one of my bathrooms because the previous owners put in a ridiculous whirlpool tub with jets, only they used the wrong kind of jets (too strong) so it just squirts water all over the place when you turn it on.
Thinking about doing the same no-door shower thing. We never take baths anyway.
It's REALLY easy to do, and you don't have to buy it as a set or anything. Just get a tray and a screen and you're done.
Isn't that open design going to leave you a bit chilly?

Just found out that I put the cupboards together wrong. I thought they'd fucked up and gave me odd hinges.. but it turned out each door should have a soft close hinge and a normal one.
I'd put both soft close hinges on one door and normal on the other. Doh. Cool feature to discover though.

Yeah, breaking the big tiles was rather difficult but in the end it's worth it.
The small peaces are just more or less random broken tiles assembled together to form the palm tree :)
