Except for the fact that Japanese companies are famous for making squeals to games nobody liked and keep milking their other games any way possible (Capcom every time they rerelease any of their games.)
Don't pretend originality is exclusive to Japan either. A lot of European and American companies are still making good shit.

yup, not all of those indie games are made in japan
(and yes, those small indie firms are companies)
