In a sense, really. Bad things can happen more often to bad people, and good things can happen more often to good people. However, the inverse can be true...and sometimes it's not immediately true. IMO it's simply luck/society doing their respective stuff.
Also, sometimes Karma is only as true as you make it be.

I wouldnt call it karma. I would call it a bad thing happening to a greedy person.
