Get rid of the vignetting, it's cliché. Same with the glow around the model, they're not needed.

I absolutely love the background. The foreground not so much, the light setup on her is quite disgusting compared to how the rest of the image is. 2. Interesting idea, looks awkward, a lot to do with the water splash and the way she poses her head plus the splash going over her face. 3. Much better, but composition seems rather bland, but nevertheless pretty cool IMO. 4. Meh, quite normal, but a good try, think it would be better with a straight horizon. 5. Snapshot with postprocessing. 6. Ooo, I really like the idea, but I think it would be better if you could somehow make the pole cover her whole nose and have her head not hit the inside of the lamp or go more into it. I know that's hard to achieve, but I do think it could be possible with some tricks. 7. She has some extremely freaky eyes and a very straight nose, makes it ugly yet pretty. 8. Disliking the strong lightsource here, would be better with more natural light and less spotlight, should have decreased the amount IMO. 9. Wiggeling and jiggeling. Great work man.

the crooked columns in the first one annoy me (throws the picture off balance a bit.), but the composition/editing is better than the second.

I loove the colours and light setup in the first, but the skewed column is really bothersome, but man is that a good photo. The second one is cool, but then I get that normal vibe, something that I could see as a banner or something.
