I don't have anything against them, I like them, I just hate it when people think the amount of Iron Maiden shirts you own determines how "metal" and "true" you are (at least, that's what the case is where I live). This one time I nearly got assaulted by a pack of metal nerds for not knowing a Maiden song that was on the radio.
How the hell do any type of shirts determinate how true to a genre you are?
Whenever I see a Iron Maiden shirt I can't help but think "This person is probably a wrong generation who thinks everything was better back then"
Same with Slayer shirts, there like "there's a 75% chance this person is a fucking tool"
or people wearing the fucking Unknown Pleasures shirt without knowing the album

I know plenty of people who wear Dark Side Of The Moon shirts who have never heard of Pink Floyd. I assume they wear it because they like the art
