Naw dude, i got guns that work but like no mags for them. Which i'm purchasing first before all this gear. I really don't have much gear either. ALICE, M81, boots, a MICH and that's it.

I really doubt I'd get into regular airsoft, I mean, I don't have a source of money so I can't earn my own money to buy, so that means I'd have to wait for Christmas/Birthdays and I'm honestly only into antique guns if I'd buy any. I buy for looks and feel mostly, I'd love a full metal crappy airsoft gun.

I would definitely love to airsoft with friends, but nobody I know airsofts much and these guns won't help me start.

If money is really the only issue I'd see if there's any fields near you. For airsoft all you ACTUALLY need is mask/goggles, bb's, battery/charger,and a gun.
The start up is fairly cheap, it's just that most people want gear or expensive guns.

I'm trying to sell my ARES TAR 21 because I'm condensing my loadouts.

IDF and US Army Ranger - Both use the M4.
PMC - Uses the KWA Kriss (when it's released) or M4.
JGSDF - Uses M4 or Type 89

And within those loadouts I can use the XDm for Summer, Revolver for Winter and alternate between my Glock 23 (if I ever order a new upper for it) when I so choose. I may or may not replace my Glock 17 because all the mags are leaking to the third power.

So I'm looking at a total of like three primaries and two sidearms. Not including the two currently nonfunctional Glock23's and my Glock 17.

I got this TAR 21 awhile ago because I always a huge fan of the design, it was something I always wanted but after the first run of Tavor's ARES stopped producing the ones with a shorter barrel and instead switched over to the full length one which, honestly, kills the asthetics for me. It's a personal taste thing, I settled for the new version but in reality I probably should have saved my pennies since I ended up building a loadout around it but still hardly use it.

I'm still slightly iffy on selling it, even with the longer barrel (a relatively minor fault) I still think it's a nice looking rifle but considering I rarely field it, it may be more worth wild to invest the money from the sale elsewhere.

Essentially brand new with slight modification. Only fielded three times.

[b]Known issues:[/b]
No known issues internally. Externally there is some minor damage to the handguard where it had to be sanded to properly mount a rail and it may asthetically be displeasing to some people, although it's not in a position to be seen very often and it is still comfortable to hold without the rail.

[b]Modifications:[/b]
The handguard of the real TAR 21 features two holes for the mounting of dedicated hardware like rails and grenade launchers. The ARES replica didn't properly replicate these holes so I ended up having to drill out the proper ones. I also went ahead and made the mounts inside the handguard stationary so instead of taking off the entire front assembly to put the rail on and off all you have to do is screw and unscrew. Along with this gun I will include the FAB Defense TAR 21 handguard rail. The rail is real-steel and I had to pay $80 to get one shipped here from Israel but I'll just throw it in.

[b]Package Deal:[/b]
Along with the AEG I will also include the FAB Defense Rail and mounting brackets for it and a FAB Defense Gripod and a Zahal IDF Sling (Black) These are all Israeli military products and as such fit the profile and look of the rifle. Additionally the orange flash hider has been removed and a black one put on in it's place. The stock mag that came with the rifle I will also throw in, however I cannot provide a battery. It's recommended to take a 9.6 nunchuck.

Fuck that. If I was going for a Vietnam loadout I'd get the empty helmet and instead of buying a liner I'd put velcro in it and use MICH pads for MAXIMUM COMFORT
