I think I'm finally gonna make the switch to lipos. Probly gonna get 2 7.4s and 1 11.1 just for kicks
I once saw a guy run out of a safe room holding a burning lipo like a signal flare.
Good times.
Godspeed felix.
Don't worry, I have not being retarded going for me :v:

Artistic or dumb?
I am now set on getting a Goblin Deuce: http://goblinpaintball.com/deuce
I don't care about practicality, it looks like fun to shoot.

The airsoft version would be totally worth it if they have extra shells available. Unfortunately I think it has to be charged from an external tank though. The solo is basically just a clone of a really rare design used to fire the Madbull shells for Tanaka shotguns.

Every gun comes with the paintball and airsoft "tubes" (the shell is two parts, the air reservoir and interchangeable barrels) I can get a set of five shells off Ebay for thirty bucks too.
Well my field apparently considers it to be too close to a nade launcher, so its a no go for me.
Are grenade launchers not allowed at your field?
Not in CQB, its considered unrealistic and I heavily support the rule. I could use this at my outdoors field but I don't see the point.
I disagree. Some un-realism is fine. I mean hell, you don't even where uniforms and such.
I've never had problems with grenade launchers at my cqb field. they're one shot paperweights.
Well you get into issues with the lack of distinction between shotgun and nade launcher. Shower shells are just oversized shotguns, and theirs very minimal usage of shotgun styled grenade launcher shells irl, they exist but don't get much usage. And anyways, if you want a shotgun you should use a shotgun.
For other shell types, none of them would even arm in the distance from one side of our field to the other, and the HE effects would kill us/destroy our eardrums.
GLs are unrealistic but an m4 with a 500 round box mag isnt. okay.
Like I said, who cares how often underbarreel gl's are used irl?
By that logic, NO one should be allowed anything but ak's and m4's.
Plus gas shotguns are way more expensive that gl's, and some people just prefer the look/versatility.
Our field just says don't use CO2 rape fests in buildings.
Since you're likely to get hit by over 100 bb's at stupid fps.
Most people just use HFC22 madbull stingers, not to rapey yet fired down a corridor will mess up anybodies day.

Well two things:
1. There's a CQB field about an hour South of this one that allows nade launchers, its where ossum goes.
2. I'm not sure you understand the range involved at my field, a trishot shotgun has basically the same effect as my gas shotguns due to the thin corridors and short distances, using anything larger than a pistol puts you at a disadvantage. Also, any shot is allowed as long as there isn't skin contact, I don't like the idea of a 200 shot shower shell at 1mm from my skin.
That sounds like unsafe ranges tbh. Cqb's cool and all but being nose to nose isn't appealing to me

realism doesn't sound like the real problem

Fair enough, but that's why I prefer it, nothing like face to face terrifying conflicts. The bold receive victory and the cowards get shot. Also, the max fps is 330 on the dot. The playstyle I developed there has given me a wonderful advantage in field and MOUT sites as well.
I no longer fear getting shot by just about anything, so suicidal rushes and ridiculous odds don't deter me from shit, and since I play short sleeves in CQB, playing in BDU's and gear in MOUT sites minimizes any pain even further. Since I've got my mind to stop holding me back, I can play at my real potential.
Just bought a KWA USP today as it was in the shocker deals, super sweet.

Personally, I've never liked vented cylinder handguards with rails and that "rail with holes" looks scrawny IMO.
[editline]26th January 2012[/editline]
Also crane stocks are dicks, prepare to spend $80 on a good battery that doesn't break when you put it in.

All you need is a nun chuck battery and some crane stock knowledge.

Doesn't matter when you've got to cram so much wiring into such a small space then close the cap and retract the stock.

You clearly don't know how to properly install a crane stock battery.

You make it sound a lot simpler than it is
it usually involves a couple minutes of jiggling the wire and fuse around just so you can actually retract the stock all the way, and if you didn't fold the wiring properly and you try to push the stock in, you end up with exposed wiring
