What's a good starter camo fatigue to get, and what gear should I get for my first big game?
I have a old vest you could probably borrow if you are coming out to a Lowshots game. Camo-wise I'd go with M81 since it's cheap and readily available.
M81 or flecktarn. Due to sheer availability.
Ebay He was selling fucking everything
Is that the guy with the full set for like 70 bucks with the pistol holster?
It was an auction and there was only one bidder and I sniped his bid at the last 3 minutes (I waited 6 days to do that) Starting bid was 55 gbp and I won it with 56.99 gbp :v: [editline]29th April 2011[/editline]
Is that the guy with the full set for like 70 bucks with the pistol holster?
Nope, no pistol holster and starting bid was a bit more

Guarder MBK for my TM P226. My SIG is dead until I get a new slide. Seems like buying an EBR is becoming a more distant dream.

He uses it loads so my guess is that its just broken after lots of use
Jesus. I wasn't expecting it to be that bad. I was thinking a hairline fracture.
I think I fell on it when I took fire and went prone. Had to do some serious rolling to get to a safe spot. The Sig was in my chest rig mag pouch (didn't have the SEPRA, it was on my plate carrier). Let this be a warning to any of you who store pistols in mag pouches up front. Get a good holster for it.

Does it look like I have access to a 4 axis CNC machine? No less know how to program it? CNC machining isn't as easy as you all think it is. First you got the make the model, which is going to be hard enough to make 100% accurate. Then you have to program toolpaths, which takes a long for more complicated parts. Then you have to set up the machine and all its tools, assuming you have access to them. Then wait sometimes hours for a machine to finish cutting, and even then it may need some tweaking to get the dimensions dialed in. I don't even do the programming or setup on the CNC's at work. If you were to send this out and have it CNC'd you're talking probably on the order of $500-$1000 for a single part assuming you already have the model. This is why you buy aftermarket parts that are already available whenever you can. It's much cheaper.
This is why 3D printers should be cheaper.
whoa coming off a bit hostile
whoa coming off a bit hostile
SHUT THE FUCK UP CNC MACHINING IS SERIOUs BUSINESS
SHUT THE FUCK UP CNC MACHINING IS SERIOUs BUSINESS
A CNC machine killed my father
oh no way mine too
one time i saw a cnc machine it was gay
a cnc machine made my father
I am a cnc machine [editline]2nd May 2011[/editline] oh shit that reminded me of this
This is why 3D printers should be cheaper.
3D printers don't have the accuracy of a CNC machine or an injection mold though. They're used mostly for proof of concept design work, not for mass production and everyday use parts. You're also limited to what materials you can use, most of them being plastics. Believe it or not 3D printing can be more expensive than CNC cutting a part. Some place near me was charging up to $30-$40 per cubic inch of material you used on the printer, which is insanely expensive.
SHUT THE FUCK UP CNC MACHINING IS SERIOUs BUSINESS
Some may think this is funny, but it really is serious business. There are so many factors and demands of the industry right now, but I won't go over them, probably melt your brains. Even I'm having a hard time figuring out what's going on. This is just an example of the crazy stuff that's being done these days. I don't even understand how anyone can program these things. Not trying to be hostile to you guys, just trying to educate you on these processes and how truly expensive they can be.
Looks like a porn.
