It's the rails but mostly just that stock; it looks like you salvaged it off some random gun and slapped it on.

I would go with a full stock, imo the LE just makes it look flimsy

I still can't decide if i want a full on vest or just an ak chest rig. I'm leaning more towards the chest rig, lighter and simpler.

Definitely go for it, but don't expect it to be in skirmishable condition. In fact, spring sniper rifles are rarely ever in skirmishable condition. I would keep it around for a while to play with and then send off all the parts to people who broke their BAR-10s.

Yeah, because it's not upgraded at all, and un-upgraded snipers are basically worthless. I've been amusing myself by cocking the bolt ~10 times and using it as a shotgun.

Wow, your stock sniper gets half the range of my AK.

That's why it was $25 with a scope. I wouldn't have bought it for full price.

I have a Dboys Ak74, I like it a lot. I got the real wood version, and re-varnishing it makes it look real nice. Also, I ordered a QD suppressor (only one available), and a 3rd MP7 mag. I told airsoftgi to draw a dragon on the box.
