Isn't Sully like a pacifist kinda guy? I mean he'll get violent but I can't see him being someone that will prank someone and that kind of stuff
I think he was a regular monster 'till he met that little girl in the first movie. He was always kinda soft, but he did his job and shit.
looks like it might be worth a watch, maybe not in theaters but it has my attention
Well the trailer sure didn't sell me.
Well the trailer sure didn't sell me.
Monsters Inc. is a movie made for little kids. They're going to be filled with humour for little kids. It's like asking a 7 year old girl to watch the Taken 2 trailer. She's not going to say "I really want to see that movie!"
It's being made by the Vancouver studio. I don't have high expectations.

Almost all of them involve kids in a college/work scenario or late in highschool career. Just because the content involves college, that doesn't mean it isn't aimed at kids.
I hope it's the real Pixar making this and not the studio they acquired that did Cars 2. That's why it sucked so much; I don't even consider it a real Pixar movie.
I've waited ten years for this!
About time.
I was sort of thinking they would be making a sequel and not a prequel, but I'll give this movie a try.
pixar is going into a 2 year per movie cycle, where Vancouver and California locations take turns releasing movies each year. old pixar (each ">" represents one year passed): good > good > good > good new pixar: good > shit > good > shit cars 2 was shit, brave was good, GUESS WHAT THIS ONE WILL BE. another thing to consider: all pixar movies, from "a bugs life" to "wall-e", were brainstormed in one sitting in 1996. that brainstorm is where over a decade of pixar quality came from. now that they depleted their cache of brilliance created in 1996 pixar quality will decline, but not necessarily go bad

Haha I can't wait for this one.
another unnecessary film.
Well technically films aren't "necessary", well they are, but fuck you this film is just as necessary as the rest. it was alright imo it didn't really 'feel' like a pixar film, don't know why can't really explain it but it had billy connolly doing a voice which is rad
