Not one of the best episodes, but I still enjoyed it. The next one looks pretty messed up though.
I think amy's pregnancy is part of the "Dream" too
Guys, do you know of any easy way to watch vampires of venice with iPlayer or something else? I'd really love to watch it now. Thanks

The preview of the next episode reminds me of that episode of Stargate where Teal'c thinks he's a fireman.
Guido
I laughed. I pity all of you Americans who won't get the reference :colbert:
I laughed. I pity all of you Americans who won't get the reference :colbert:
That is his name, I think. Also I'm British and don't get the reference :L
A proxy?
They never work.
That is his name, I think. Also I'm British and don't get the reference :L
Guido (Guy) Fawkes - Gunpowder plot?
They never work.
Damn, ok. I'm sorry I don't know how to help then.
Guido (Guy) Fawkes - Gunpowder plot?
Oh yer! I'm such a retard...
I think amy's pregnancy is part of the "Dream" too
My Doctor Who Magazine says:
Two realities. One were the TARDIS is dead. One were Amy has a family. One is real. The other is a dream. And they need to figure it out before it's too late.
I bet the real world is actually the one that's least likely to be real [sp]AMY PREGNANT...?[/sp]
Steven Moffat, making doctor who fans minds melt.
[sp] Pregnant angry Amy or Dead TARDIS[/sp] Which is worse. Well my guess is the second one will be real and they will fix it.
I found this episode really funny, much more than any other Doctor Who episode I've seen.
did anyone hear the 5 years later thing, cos it took 5 years to rag amy
I never noticed some of the water was CGI.
I never noticed some of the water was CGI.
good CGI is when don't even notice it's there
good CGI is when don't even notice it's there
Was it me or was it a bit too blue? I questioned that but didn't realise it was CGI.
Next Thread Title Quote- Doctor Who V3 "Yours Is Bigger" "Lets Not Get Into That Now." Called it.
Well if a thread happens to be my opportunity I'll make a thread title for you :3:
Was it me or was it a bit too blue? I questioned that but didn't realise it was CGI.
I found the CGI to be dodgy throughout.
Well if a thread happens to be my opportunity I'll make a thread title for you :3:
:buddy:
Wait, there was CGI? Apart from the obvious smoke, CGI water? Great job on the CGI water...didn't even think it was.
Wait, there was CGI? Apart from the obvious smoke, CGI water? Great job on the CGI water...didn't even think it was.
I noticed it because the episode is filmed in Croatia.
Also the shadow of the gondola was really fake looking, wasn't done well.
I suppose it is a BBC made TV program and not a feature length movie epic...
Shouldn't have spent 1 million on a crappy 3D advert that wasn't needed to promote the show considering everybody was going to watch it anyway.
Shouldn't have spent 1 million on a crappy 3D advert that wasn't needed to promote the show considering everybody was going to watch it anyway.
This It wasn't even that impressive.
I found the CGI to be dodgy throughout.
Part of the charm of Doctor Who, dodgy CGI. At least the ways don't shake any more.
Someone should make a "Dramatic serious-faced claranet kid" picture about knowing the names of those you execute. What is it with The doctor and names?
They need to bring back Tom Baker. Now. He's 76 years old, he's finally decided he would atleast be "up to it" which is a vast contrast to the past when he has refused to ever return. The need to get a bit of Baker love to all the kids. It's unlikely a child is going to pick up classic who, the pacing is completely unfamiliar to them. Even if it's just something like Time Crash. Just get Baker, Scarf, Jelly Babies and a sexist comment about Amy's legs. Let's get him in Who before he can't do it.
