And if they pick the one wrong, they die in both.

Amy's BF: What happens if you die in reality?
Dreamlord: You die, stupid. That's why it's called reality.
Come on, who didn't think that while watching that trailer?
This looks like the Dark Knight of Doctor Who. Gets inside your head and makes you think.
[editline]04:08PM[/editline]
Looking at interviews though, the writer does a poor show of selling it. He practically labels it as filler and then goes on to say Doctor Who is a "Childrens Comedy show".
I think this might be a good-concept-and-trailer-but-poor-execution episode.
A lot of people seem to think the villain is the dream lord, he is, but the main focus is old people. I expect another Love and Monsters, which is good because that way I will be AMAZINGLY IMPRESSED.
Baby or TARDIS...
It's such a hard decision.

.
the baby is the TARDIS
:lost:
If I woke up in a reality where my life had changed hugely, I had five years of memories, and was told my dream where I am on the edge of death may be a possible reality.
I don't know what I would choose. With The Doctor, nothing is as simple.
Dan, I take back every nasty thing I've ever said about you since you just praised The Dark Knight.

Better image.
Baby is Smoke Monster.

Fun fact, in the build up the new series a meme started among the Doctor Who community, nobody knew who "Rory" was supposed to be, so in a mocking of their own speculation tendancies. Came this:
Who the hell is Rory?

The Master

An average guy

Mickey

Friend of Amy

Boyfriend of Amy

Amy of friend

Girlfriend of Rory

The Smoke Monster

BATMAN

Hidden Timelord

The Rani

Hidden Batman

All of the above.
So. Six episodes in. Who the hell is Rory?

Well, the extent was "purple bastard".
[editline]07:47PM[/editline]
And Rory isn't Batman.
I'm The Batman.

Well.. he can't be a hidden Timelord.. cause that's me. I would suppose he is The Smoke monster, or Bush in disguise.
If he was a hidden timelord there'd be another freaky shot of gold light on david tennant's face as the watch opens
[editline]09:13PM[/editline]
so he can't be one.

Like this
Wow! He's only half gurning!
Though that still isn't a natural expression.

Doesn't he look like he's tap dancing or selling something or whatever..?
Doesn't he look like he's tap dancing or selling something or whatever..?
Selling mutilated teens since 1984 :buddy:
Still, this weeks episode looks brilliant.

i know. david tennant is like if you use the preset faceposing on TF2 Models in gmod.

He's more like 'I am jealous of the weeping angels as the only way I can bloody exist is in your sleep :iiam:'

Also guys, for people who never saw my trailer I did for Series 5 click this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gXqUuntTTg (Please comment and subscribe if possible too :D)
What trailer should I do for my next project? You can figure out a storyline but it must have the relevant clips from Doctor Who 2005-2010 to make it, then i'll attempt a trailer. Just something to do whilst we wait for episodes every Saturday :)
What genre is Doctor Who anyway? Some call it a children's show, but it also is brilliant for adults. I'd say season 5 is probably more for adults, than children.
I'd class it as family friendly sci-fi.
The RTD was more of a Drama than a Sci-Fi. While it was rooted in Sci-Fi, it would often put characters and relationships first. While playing on relevent themes such as homosexuality, love triangles, family bonds were especially important. Heck, Wilf went on to be a main character.
The Moff era is Sci-Fantasy. Which is like normal Science-fiction, but it is bat-shit-insane. It concentrates much less on peoples feelings and more on story development. While it means character development is being left behind, I don't care.

I could actually see a visible change in not only the style of filming but also the style of storytelling as soon as The Eleventh Hour started. For example, Smith's doctor seems more reserved than Tennant's except in very exciting situations.
So basically he isn't gurning the whole time.
and he doesn't sulk in the rain
I'm powering my way up to the point where they are now. I've gotten through seasons 1 - 3 in the past week, and I'm working on season 4 now. :haw:

Don't forget the series called "The Specials"
I go 5, 1, 2, 3, 4, specials.
Matt smith is just brilliant. I heard some people say today that he seems too much like Tenant - don't know how they came to that conclusion. He's much calmer.
