One of my sisters friends mothers who worked on the series told my sister about the whole two David Tennants in the finale, I was pissed when it turned out that was true.
I hope Amy goes away in the finale, she has got to be the most annoying companion the doctor has ever had travel with him.
I hope Amy goes away in the finale, she has got to be the most annoying companion the doctor has ever had travel with him.
Sexiest maybe, but most annoying? Not really. Donna was the most annoying character in my opinion, and Martha had a much more annoying voice.
She wanted to jump in bed with the doctor faster than Martha did.
I think she's one of the best.
She wanted to jump in bed with the doctor faster than Martha did.
Actually, Martha was in a bed with the Doctor and hinting at how "cosy" it is by her 2nd episode. Amy didn't get in a bed until her 5th! Shocking, I know!
I think she's one of the best.
Rose was okay, Jack was okay, Martha and Donna were meh, Amy is by far my favourite companion so far.
Jack is by far my favourite companion.
This. I hope he does come back
The title of the last episode is now confirmed as "The Big Bang"
I fear going into this thread sometimes. One day, somebody is going to forget spoiler tags, I just know it.
I fear going into this thread sometimes. One day, somebody is going to forget spoiler tags, I just know it.
Most of the spoilers are just speculation. Nothing has been 100% confirmed.
Most of the spoilers are just speculation. Nothing has been 100% confirmed.
Exactly. In fact, most of the theories this thread has come up with make me go back and watch a second, or even third time to see if there really is something there. Doctor Who is already an incredibly great show, and the majority of the conversations had here make it that much more interesting.
Hey, it's Moffat's first series as head writer, let him have some fun with the Daleks and Cybermen eh?
I agree, I don't mind them returning if they have a good storyline.
If the daleks come back, I hope they aren't all multicoloured, like the first time we saw them. If there's a full scale invasion, they'll have to put an epilepsy warning before the start of the show. :v:
These are fucking massive spoilers, sorry for spoiler abuse. but seriously, don't read this unless you think you're ready to see a buttload of the plot. [sp]Well, around Gallifrey base they're taking it as fact that Rory gets sucked into a crack, and sees these monsters all grouped together, in one big clique. Apparently, Amy forgets he ever existed. This is very close to fact mind, not just rumours - a lot of people who know more about the series are banking on this and I would probably do so myself. However, its known that he is in the finale. So the deal is that he most likely dies or is in some way lost in the Silurian two parter - think about it, its definitely not going to be a case of "Oh, I'm staying here". So, here's what we know, these are direct quotes from a guy with an apparent lot of sources. Either way, this sounds interesting, and weird. Very iffy, but he maintains that its true so its worth reading, whether you do or don't believe it: - "It sounds weird I know, but trust me I don't understand half of it myself. All I know is, its a clone Rory taken from Amy's mind.. but he turns into a full human at the end and the "real" Rory is back." - "No, Amy's taken by the aliens, and they make a clone of Rory, but it goes wrong because she has some sort of super brain as a result of growing up on the crack/next to it. So the Rory is more human than alien." - "He's like 95% human.. 10% alien... but every so often the alien side comes through. It went wrong because Amy grew up exposed to a time crack. There's a big mission to get him back to human, and get him and Amy to the church. It sounds BARBARIC I know but its what I've been told " - He dies at the end of Ep9, or is taken away from us dramatically. - "I don't know if we see him die but we definitely see his corpse, and then he gets sucked up and erased." - Also the guy who plays Rory has been scene in Roman clothes, and parts of it are set in ancient Stonehenge. - Basically theres going to be a massive monster rave in the final. Like, loads of monsters. Fans/scene-filming stalkers have even seen the Sycorax, what the fuck. - "Autons and Sontarans are 1000000% in it folks :p" [/sp] Sounds really discouraging to me. Maybe it will to you too, it seems a bit weird, but apparently that's all that's been said, and though it makes it sound bad, the parts that make it good haven't been revealed. So fingers crossed, this is going to be interesting. Also I keep editing, I'll stop now.
If you're going to bring [sp]a fuckload of enemies, you mayswell bring as many as you can. No point limiting yourself.[/sp] Also [sp]Rory can fall in the crack but it will probably be a case of "I don't know how to save him" instead of Amy forgetting him. Amy can't forget anything that goes in the crack as she is a time traveller. That was established. I like to imagine that everything is falling through the cracks and ending up at the same time period, Amy's wedding day, on earth, as this is the source of the 'Big Bang'.[/sp] also a preview said at the end of this two parter/or this first part, the [sp]TARDIS team will have dramatic consequences[/sp]
[sp] - "It sounds weird I know, but trust me I don't understand half of it myself. [/sp]
Remember when he said remember to amy in the weeping angels two parter?
Cybermen VS Daleks? AGAIN? Although I admit it was epic the first time, at least bring the Weeping Angels in. I mean, the badassery in that. I would like to see how they end these fights :v:
Imagine this. Angels vs Daleks vs Cybermen vs Rani vs Omega vs Sontarans vs Silurians .. or just short, epic all vs all fight.
The pandorica should open up the horrors of the time war, like somebody mentioned before, the nightmare child and such.
Imagine this. Angels vs Daleks vs Cybermen vs Rani vs Omega vs Sontarans vs Silurians .. or just short, epic all vs all fight.
Sometimes less is more. Also: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/RunningTheAsylum
They should just have a whole episode where Amy and Rory are having sex and the Doctor is just watching on a PDA every now and then shouting "GET IN THERE RORY!" and "GO ON LAD! SHOW HER WHAT YOU'VE GOT!" whilst using his sonic screwdriver to disable a missile site which is controlled by some aliens that have webbed hands and flat noses who speak like Gypsies and try to sell the Doctor a Caravan.
I will write a fanfic about this over the weekend.
Can Dan be boobies?
Can Dan be boobies?
Oh you.
If you're going to bring [sp]a fuckload of enemies, you mayswell bring as many as you can. Speculations also on Atraxi, which would be weird - Prisoner Zero situation.[/sp] All in the same place.

He's making a telepathic connection with the doctor, and eventually turns into all of the things he's met because of the link. That's probably not possible but I don't care[/sp]
