It's too iconic to the country, as is James Bond. BBC know this and EastEnders are the highest rating shows on their channel. I wouldn't worry as long as it has the fan base and viewers.

And when he leaves it will happen all over again. Like a toilet, the dirty water is being flushed out as the new clean water floods in.

I'm 12 and have watched Dr Who since 2006. I prefer smith to tennant.
