There's nothing blue in the room through the window in any other shot. It's a wild spin, but it could be something from the prisoner zero crack, perhaps the key to escaping the explosion in time.

Hell, this could be the enemy in every episode Steven Moffat was talking about.

Rory's death was quite out there.
I was sort of thinking that he couldn't die, because then Amy would be so torn up by Rory's death that she'd be no fun to travel with/wouldn't want to travel any more, which would make the other episodes just the Doctor, which would be unwatchable. Making him vanish from existence was in retrospect obvious but I just was not expecting it.
Also why are people still going on about Prisoner Zero? Prisoner Zero was captured in the first episode and presumably sentenced to death. I suppose the prison Prisoner Zero escaped from might be the Pandorica, though.

Got a quick theory - Doctor keeps mentioning (or at least replaying the flashback in his head) that there were two parts of time and space that should never have met. Possibly that could be the Doctor and Amy, and one of them will need to go in to the crack.

He also mentioned that the crack may be one of five things that viewers need to look out for throughout the series, the other four things remain unknown.
In [I][URL="http://www.facepunch.com/wiki/The_Eleventh_Hour"][COLOR=#0066cc]The Eleventh Hour[/COLOR][/URL][/I], there was one on Amy's wall, and one with a similar shape on the TARDIS television, in which the Doctor looked at it worryingly and quickly turned the screen off. A third crack was seen at the end of [I][URL="http://www.facepunch.com/wiki/The_Beast_Below"][COLOR=#0066cc]The Beast Below[/COLOR][/URL][/I] on the side of the United Kingdom space ship. The crack plays a major role in [I][URL="http://www.facepunch.com/wiki/Flesh_and_Stone"][COLOR=#0066cc]Flesh and Stone[/COLOR][/URL][/I], appearing inside the [URL="http://www.facepunch.com/wiki/Byzantium_(ship)"][COLOR=#0066cc]Byzantium[/COLOR][/URL] in the 51st century, larger than ever, and prompting the Doctor to begin investigating it. The crack is connected to a history-ending, Big Bang-scale temporal explosion, on 26.06.2010, probably at Amy's wedding. It's leaking time energy into the universe, which causes people and events to be erased from history, leaving no traces of their existence except in the memories of time travelers. Events erased from time by the crack involve the events of present day happenings of the Russel T. Davies era, although not all have been confirmed to have gone. This may create certain paradoxes, such as the [URL="http://www.facepunch.com/wiki/Donna_Noble"][COLOR=#0066cc]Donna Noble[/COLOR][/URL] never leaving the TARDIS and the [URL="http://www.facepunch.com/wiki/Tenth_Doctor"][COLOR=#0066cc]Tenth Doctor[/COLOR][/URL] never regenerating.
