I do like them all, but after Matt Smith, I hope we get something more like Ecclestone than Tennant, I liked the way he warmed me to the character of the Doctor and seemed quite adventurous.

I used to watch them straight after, but it kind of spoils the effect of the episode, so I usually wait after I've watched the episode again or a day or two after.

In the last one Matt and Karen danced and sang to the Doctor Who theme.
It was hilarious.
