Was expecting the TARDIS to appear in one of the paintings at the end.
That was an awesome episode. Truly moving inside.
Oh shit it's Saturday!
So I thought that Matt Smith's theme lacked some punch. I mixed it with Davison's theme a bit and I quite like the outcome.

I like a lot.
Hmmm, not bad.
The beginning is a bit weird, but it's awesome when the woos come in
End nearly made me cry :(
of the episode, not the theme remix
I like how when he flew back to present day, all of the posters on the tardis were burned up and they didn't even need to explain it.
What was the song/songs that played in the last ten minutes of the episode?
I loved the disclaimer at the end asking people to phone the BBC's advice line if they are affected by any of the issues in this episode. I'm sure plenty of manic-depressive Dutch post-impressionists with Scottish accents who fight invisible bird monsters are watching Doctor Who right now :buddy:

Also, I feel they wasted a great opportunity for forshadowing. The episode should have simply ended with the Doctor and Amy happily walking away from the exhibition, and then the camera turns and we see a crack in the corner of one of the paintings.
Actually, it'll just be Gingers calling in, moaning about that "The Ultimate Ginge" title.
Anyone know the name of the song that was played when Vincent was in the art gallery?

my mum went "aw they're playing an athlete song" so there's a good starting point for your search

It's not really a great surprise if they do it at the end of every single bloody episode...

Google the lyrics?

I didn't remember the lyrics, thanks.
Absolutely loved when the sky turned into Van Gogh's 'Starry night' that looked awesome
What a lovely episode. :3: Though...Was it ever explained why only Van Gogh could see the Gr...Graffias.

Because of the hat.
Doesn't look like there were any cracks in that one. :saddowns:
But that was a quite heart-warming episode, I quite liked it.

He's... MAGIC!
And now fly, fly away with me, fly to the magical land, where we can all see the pretty pictures and the unicorns and run really fast like speed of sound and zombie goasts and John Freshman and his cow-orker Jim and what am I talking about...
The point is, madness is a beautiful thing.

Also, apparently Dutch accents translate into Scottish accents with the TARDIS. Go figure, Latin translates into Welsh.

It's obvious why, he was the only one with a beard.
Crap I'm still waiting for Amy's choice.

Maybe the French view the Dutch like we view the Scottish?

I really wanted an explanation for why Vincent could see the bird monster. Still, it was an awesome episode nonetheless.
I'm not sure whether this is already public information or not, but I found some interesting info related to the adventure games.
Upcoming chapters:

The links don't work, they're just stored in the game which seems to check for the release via http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/static/doctorwho/tag/sparkle/ReleasedEpisodes.txt. I'm guessing they will be used for..

Huh ... I just noticed there's a thread rating option at the bottom of the "go advanced" page.
Yet thread ratings don't display anywhere else? :iiam:

I changed the released episodes file URL to my local webserver which contained '2' instead of '1', as a test.
It was an awesome episode. [sp]The end made me feel all happy and warm inside, although the fact that he suicided anyways was kinda sad. But when he got to know his art's future, it was a really d'aww moment.[/sp]

Episode 1 - Daleks
Episode 2 - Cybermen
Episode 3 - Set in the TARDIS
Episode 4 - Vashta Narada (From the library two parter)
Which is good because all these can work in a game. Even though I bet 1 and 2 will be very similar, and Episode 4 will just involve finding a safe route through a room.
