David Tennant was an amazing actor, and alot of people loved him. But Matt Smith, now, after the first few episodes, has really start to get into the series and insert his own personality in it. I myself enjoyed David Tennant, and it was a shame he had to leave, but Matt Smith has made a fantastic replacement. Don't be bitter about David Tennant leaving, because he had a great run, but it [B]was[/B] time for somebody new.

Oh definitely, I didn't mean to come off as some massive tennant fan. I love what matt smith is doing with the character. I'm unsure if I prefer him actor wise but through writing alone I definitely prefer this series. Still a fan of Ecclestone though, he did a great job.

Love Matt Smith so far. I thought the Queen in the second episode on Starship UK was a horrible actress though. Kinda ruined the episode. Also noticed how often Amy has saved the Doctor so far at the end of the episodes. Is this new? I don't recall Rose, Martha, or Donna doing any of this as often as Amy has.
