Ami Suzuki likes to mix up the capitalisation. Some of her titles have no capitals, some are all capitals, some save all of the capitals for one word, like "can't stop the DISCO"

It's the album version of Koi No Yokushi Ryoku. Why they put it in kanji and added the prefix is beyond me, since as far as I can hear it's the same as the version which was on the Peace Walker soundtrack
