Download the scrobbler: [url]http://www.last.fm/download[/url]
Then pick your player and just role on. It'll take a while for your library to be given a full rotation of listens, depends how often you listen to music.
7 days 4x4, but question. Why are there black spaces? I can think of numerous albums I've listened to in the last 7 days while the scrobbler has been on that qualify to be in there. So confusing.

The only reason you get them is because you didn't check your music tags. You need to tag the right album name or it won't store album listens.

if your last fm isn't clearly showing what album your hearing:

then it won't pick up the album name.
I avoid crap like "Album name (Deluxe Edition)" or "Album (disc 2)"

AFAIK there is no way to edit the song info when it's already on Last.fm.
You can however delete the song in the history and manually add it again with the album info by using [url]http://universalscrobbler.invitationstation.org/[/url].

I use it regularly and it works fine for me.
